+ -1 moreIt went very well! I was a bit nervous, since my system is over 20 years old, and I wanted it to last as long as possible. The technician checked inside the unit's panel, and told me that the starter needed to be replaced. He wasn't lying! He removed the starter unit to show me the poor shape it was in -- and it fell apart in his hands. It could have gone at any time! The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly!
