Ed called to tell me he was running late. This was very much appreciated. He did a very thorough check and clean of the A/C and made some recommendations. Also checked out the furnace...not part of the deal. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Mike K arrived on time. We went downstairs to the furnace. He inspected the air filter, flushed the drain line with vinegar and turned the humidifier off for the Summer. We had a discussion about the age of my furnace and that parts are no longer available if I needed a repair. We then went outside and Mike inspected the capacitor, contactor, tightened electrical connections and valve covers, checked SIA and cleaned the condensor. Before he left, he was able to give me a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner combo, should I decide to purchase one. Mike was very personable. I was very comfortable during the inspection and would recommend him to family and friends.

The service technicians were very friendly. The only knock I had was the high pressure sales tactics. Even though my existing furnace is only 7 years old, they tried over and over to get me to replace the entire unit rather than have the existing one repaired. The technician last night pressured me and gave me a significantly "discounted" price on 2 models he recommended.. When I spoke to the office staff this morning to schedule the technician to make the repair, they offered me another $250/$500 off the models. In the end my furnace was repaired in one day at what seems to be a competitive price. It was $602 for the blower motor (the other quote I got was $595, but I would have had to wait 2 days for the part), plus a $139 fee for the after hours service call last night.

Complete furnace tune up and clean second year in a row the price was via coupons. They do give an excellent service very thorough too.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. I had no issues; it was fine. The technician was professional, polite and prompt. The price was reasonable.

We had them replace the furnace a couple of years ago and they did an excellent job. Since that time they have been very professional and reliable in performing the yearly maintenance.

Dennis Stempien came out and identified the problem with my furnace and recommended to replace my flame sensor. He took his time and ensured I knew what was going on with my system and what he was doing.

It turned out very well. They're a great company. This was the first time that I used this provider. It was very prompt service. I have had no issues with the unit since the repair.

I had scheduled an initial appointment with him on Jan 10 at 11:00 am. When 12:00 rolled around, I left him a message to check about the appointment. I got a call back at 6:00 pm saying they had computer scheduling issues and that I wasn’t in their system. I basically took the day off work to meet them for nothing. This actually happened again in a few days. I will say that the employee I spoke with on the phone was very nice and cordial and was helpful in assisting. When the tech did end up coming out, the end result was good. He was professional and helpful.

It went pretty well. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. I had to purchase the cleaning for the blower as well, so it cost a bit more.

we used this service for a rental home. wes, our technician was very professional, instructive and full of information. he arrived on time and called us 30 min prior to arrival as we had requested. getting appointment was fast and easy . the humidifier had never been maintained so he added a cleaning and filter replacement . the ignitor needed replacement, and he had parts on site. he made recommendations for future upkeep that we had been neglecting. he left no mess and even changed light bulb for me that had burned out on basement stairs. i was pleased with this excellent service and will use this company again based on the excellent experience provided by this technician

The visit from Andy's Statewide - 8603 went very well, my wife was very pleased. They did a really thorough job and gave some pointers. He made some observations. He was in and out and very thorough and professional. We were really satisfied with the service. The price was very fair. We would definitely use them again.

Technician explained what he was going to do. He was here for about an hour an informed me of some potential issues with my system.

The serviceman clearly outlined issues and options, corrected them quickly and explained how the maintenance program worked in case I was interested going forward. I found him to be knowledgeable, efficient, professional and trustworthy.

As I sit here with the temperature -12 outside, I can't imagine how a company like this has a 5 star rating. They have one repair person working tonight (because apparently logic states that when you have the coldest night in over a decade, heaters tend not to break) who had 10 appointments on the schedule by 8:30. I was the 11th. They called me back later and canceled that appointment. So now, I get to sit by my phone, take a half a vacation day, and wait for someone to show up between 8-12 tomorrow morning. Oh and do it in all in the freezing cold. I have no idea the quality of their products or installation but trust me, hearing their automated message about how great their 24/7 emergency repair service is when you're shivering in your home because they scheduled one guy to work..... not the greatest service

Home Depot & Semco Energy offered .a free furnace inspection. I signed up at Home Depot in May. I asked about it October at Home Depot. HD took my info & someone called me the next day. We set an agreeable appt day 8 to noon. At 1145 am Andy's office called & said tech was a little behind. He showed up at 230pm. Service was completed. Except for waiting 6 months & tech coming late it is a company I would consider hiring.

After installer left, we had water all over the floor. After convincing the people at the company that the furnace was under warranty (only 2 hours old), a second installer came to fix the problem, which he did. However, the inspection showed that both installers missed putting in up to code. We now had to wait for another installer and then another inspection. We are sorry that we choose a company that seems to use inexperienced installers.

Andy's provides our annual service checkups and for the past two summers has informed us about our A/C compressor was pulling higher and higher amps. Our old unit was installed 15 years ago, so we decided to have a new Amana 16 SEER variable speed unit installed this fall because Andy's was offering great discounts. The service guy was great to work with, and completed the whole job by himself in 4 hours. The new unit was very reasonably priced, and we are very pleased with how well it works. We will continue to use Andy's Statewide for our A/C needs.

Requesting a quote for duct cleaning. Would not quote me over the phone and wanted to charge $89 to come to my house to give me a quote.

15 minutes after he was gone, it shut down again. I called the technician on his cell, and he said, oh, it must be overheating. Now I need him to come back out and am still waiting for a call back. Haven't had cooling in 3 weeks, and these guys are coming out just to do a quick fix without a willingness to listen to me, the customer, and truly diagnose the problem. I had two technicians out here from Andy's, and they spend more time talking to me about how I need to replace the furnace. Seems they are more interested in selling me than fixing my problem. I finally had them come out a 3rd time after a week and installed a new motor in the blower. AC has been working now for 4 days. RECOMMENDATION: Avoid using Andy's for repair, since they are not interested in diagnosing the problem. If its a warranty claim, they are more than happy to come out multiple times. There is probably a 'charge back' they get for every visit. If not, then it’s just incompetence.

He was very good. They saved on tax. They were very professional.
