He was timely, polite, educated and very clean. He got in and got the job done quickly, and didn't try to sell me on anything. He was good at explaining things to me that I needed to know as well.

It turned out pretty good. My cooling system stopped working. They found that a part needed to be replaced, and he replaced it.

I hadn't had my A/C serviced in a while so I wanted to get it checked out. It went well. I bought an additional $100 service that day for future services. However, he’s been sending me past due notices, even though I've paid through Angie's List.

They were okay, but I wanted a second opinion. The furnace wasn’t lighting up. Andy found the error. They were kind and seemed to be knowledgeable but in the end, I felt more comfortable working with the other company.

They are pretty good. One bad thing is they try to sell you on upgrading to different blowers and your system. If your system is getting to be seven, eight, nine or ten years old, they look at replacing things as opposed to getting the life out of them. That is one of the down sides. They try to upsell you, but I like when they come and check things out and they come when there is any problem. I would use them again because I am under a contract with them.

As I stated above, they were very professional, thorough, punctual, and did what they said they would do, in a timely manner.

The individual that came out was prompt and courteous. I assumed when I made the appointment that everyone charged for estimates (they typically charge $80, but the Angie's List coupon allowed me to get that for $50). What I didn't realize is that everyone else that I talked to comes out for free. The "higher cost" theme was to follow from there... The estimate for a new furnace fan was $450. He told me that the burners had ~1 year left on them and steered me toward a new furnace. He recommended *not* doing a high efficiency furnace because it was very intrusive (you had to run an exhaust and intake pipe outside - although it's about 3' to the exterior wall). He also said the warranty *required* a yearly furnace cleanly which was $150. For a regular furnace (not high efficiency) he quoted me ~$3600 and a high efficiency was ~$4500. I then got estimates from two other companies. Both estimated within $100 for a high efficiency furnace at $3400. The estimate for a fan replacement was $250. I ended up going with a new high-efficiency unit (same manufacturer quoted by Andy's) from one of the other companies. I feel that Andy's gouged me on the initial visit, tried to sell me something I didn't need, and would have overcharged me significantly had I gone with it.

Ran a full set of tests even after determining it was a bad fuse to make sure nothing else was wrong with our AC unit. Even offered to pull the fuse back out when he realized how much he had to charge me for installing it.

It was all right. They inspected and cleaned my furnace. However, they said I needed a pressure switch and wanted to charge $300. However, it was literally 2 screws, a hose and a wire. I was able to buy the parts on Amazon for $30 and did the job myself. The tech also spent a lot of time trying to sell me a whole new furnace too.

The whole experience was great from the first call. Very professional, friendly staff. Our salesman Robert was very friendly & helpful explaining options and giving us a fair quote on the spot. He was very accessible by phone which I appreciated. I liked their no surprise guarantee and ability to get our much needed furnace & water tank installed in just a few days time. Our installer, Reggie, was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly and wasted no time in getting started. We had a problem spot where our hot water tank ductwork connected to the chimney which could have required us to hire someone else to fix but Reggie made it work by adding some bricks/mortar to secure the duct. After all the work was done he walked me through use & maintenance procedures. I was very happy & impressed with the job & feel good about our choice to hire Andy's Statewide.

Provided a detailed review of HVAC system and recommended replacement of both Furnace and A/C.

My A/C unit was kicking on, air was coming out of the vents, however it just never seemed to be cold. So I called them and they came out the next day to look at it. Apparently I needed refrigerant. They fixed it on the spot, was gone in an hour and my A/C was working again. I would use this company again.

The tune-up was good. Scheduling was easy; they called me the following day to set up an appointment. Everything with the experience was fine.

Once the new instillation began, the staff was very prompt, very friendly, and most of all, very respectful. They were very efficient and explained the maintenance protocols and answered any questions that I presented. They removed everything and once they were gone, there was no evidence that any major instillation was done. I would definitely recommend Andy's Statewide for any additional services.

it went well but I thought it would be more than just looking at things. I expected a/c to be oiled and cleaned. I know you don't get much for $69 but is sure would not do it again.

Tech called 45 mins prior to visit, letting me know where he was at. Very friendly and personable. Very happy with service, he was quick and efficient. Would work with them in the future.

5 years ago, Andy Statewide put in the HVAC unit and its been running wonderfully. Wes was fantastic! He came out right on time and even called 15 min before. He sat me down and explained everything. He made sure to put on booties before entering the house. He showed me his ID right when he showed up. He smiled, had a name tag, dressed professionally, and continuously asked if I had any questions, which I did. He explained to me how to power wash the large outdoor unit, but ended up doing it for me right then and there. He was amazing! He left me with a state of competence and a sense of complete security.

The technician sent out was very professional and overall a great worker. Will be glad to call them up for any problems I have with my A/C or furnace.

The installation was very smooth and efficient. Our AC inspection was not passed due to outside electrical issues. The conduit used below grade was not rated for direct burial, particularly in a wet location. Am waiting for Andy's to come repair it now.

Technician came by and looked at my AC unit. Compressor was bad. Gave me pricing and recommended that I replace the complete AC unit.

It was good. It was fine. I needed to push with some refrigerant and that was a bit expensive but the maintenance and all was fine. He was a very likable person. He knew what he was doing and did a fine job. It’s the extra cost that they needed to absorb.

I've used them for several years. The repair was under warranty. I didn't pick them based on cost; I picked them based on they've always been responsive and quick to address problems. They are a bigger company with lots of technicians so they usually show up within an hour or two. The price is average and the work has always been good.

Ok he did not have to do much, he did tell me my temparature in the house was not accurate..will need a thermostat, will look into that. Good Service, nice young man..Quality I think they could have checked more, or gave me a summary of what he checked, did not see anything on the paperwork.. K

It went well. They offered me a one year plan that has a good price.
