The service was fine. The workers were fine. Everything was good.

He was punctual and professional

They were not very good with providing a time, but the service was good. The technician explained what he was doing and was honest about the maintenance that needed to be done vs. what he could have done and charged.

Late on a Friday afternoon, we noticed standing water in our basement. By the time we determined it's origin (a clogged furnace drain pipe) and after unsuccessful attempts to clear the clog on our own, we contacted Andy's Statewide, who has done work for us in the past. We've always had good experiences with Andy's, and this was no exception. It was just before 7pm when we called Andy's, and were told that a serviceman would be out, and that he'd contact us to let us know when he'd be to our home. Within a half hour someone contacted us, letting us know that he had 4 orders in front of us. He gave us a suggestion to try and told us to call him back if it didn't work. Unfortunately, it did not, but he ended up coming sooner than we had expected. When he arrived, he was very friendly, used protective shoe coverings, and had the clogged piped cleared out in approximately 15 min. We were charged $30 for the service call. I would highly recommend Andy's.

The technician arrived in the window provided. He performed the usual checks on the equipment in the basement and cleaned out the unit in the outside. There were lot of grass clippings and pollen on the mesh. He hosed it all down and asked me to ensure that is done every year to lower energy bills. He also recommended the annual maintenance plan.

He was very prompt, thorough and professional.

Although Andy's Statewide was only scheduled to perform a routine clean of my HVAC system, they went the extra mile at no additional costs. The technician was able to point out areas that may be problematic in the future (but not necessary at this point), cleaned out areas that previous HVAC companies had bypassed and also cleaned in detail the AC unit which was full of debris left over from the winter! The AC unit now looks drastically better and I have peace of mind knowing that everything is in order! Will use Andy's again for future service and / or purchases!

I purchased a deal through Angie's list to have my air conditioner tuned up, the tech came out and told my boyfriend that he couldn't do the tune up because my air conditioner was leaking refrigerant. At first he told my boyfriend it would be around $440 to replace parts to fix it, and then after more discussion told him because it's 21 years old it should just be replaced. I couldn't understand how you go from being able to repair something to it needing to be replaced. They conveniently had a sales person available the next day to come out and give us a quote on a new unit. The guy was able to come early (which was a good thing), but started pushing financing through Home Depot down my throat before we'd been talking for even 5 minutes. He continued to push financing even after I specifically told him I wasn't interested in financing and then he tried to tell me that the same as cash options for 18 or 24 months at Home Depot wasn't financing. Since my furnace is also 20 years old, I had him quote me for replacing both units, for an 80% and 90% efficiency, which was $5500 and $6300 if my memory serves. I still had a really hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that the A/C unit worked as well as it could for being 21 years old, and that we had no issues the prior year, to it needs to be replaced. Naturally, I called in a second opinion and was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my air conditioner. Apparently the tech didn't know what he was doing and didn't shut off a valve to prevent the refrigerant from leaking out when he attached his gauges to test the gas/refrigerant levels. So, not only am I out the $50 I paid for a tune up that I never actually received, but I also had to pay an additional $20 to have someone else tell me that nothing was wrong with my AC unit. Not to mention, the second opinion guy told me that the prices they quoted me for a replacement a/c and furnace were very high.

I have been using them for a couple of years. They charge a flat fee and they will come out in the spring and check your air conditioner and my furnace in the fall. I purchased a new air conditioning unit last fall because, they gave me a good deal on it. They don't charge anything for maintenance because of the yearly contract.

Andy's came to diagnose an issue with my AC. After about 2 minutes of minimal troubleshooting the tech decided the condenser motor was dead and it would be about $650 to repair. He also told me that it might be the control board too but wouldn't know for sure until they replaced the $650 motor. That was a tough pill to swallow so I spent the evening on YouTube trying to figure out how to replace the motor on my own. During my research I stumbled up on video showing how to diagnose an issue with the condenser motor. So I went outside with a multimeter and quickly determined it was in fact the much cheaper control board and not the motor. The motor worked just fine when I bypassed the board. Needless to say I called Andy's to express my concern about their diagnosis and they were nice enough to schedule a senior tech to come out the next day at no charge. Unfortunately the next morning we received a call from Andy's saying that they don't trust anyone's opinion but their own and they would only come out to replace the motor and if that didn't work they would then try the board. Once again reiterating their stance that you can't diagnose a faulty board without first replacing a very expensive motor. I'm no HVAC expert but according to my research it's entirely possible to test a control board. I did it with no experience so I can't help but feel Andy's was trying to take advantage of me. Avoid this company and look for someone who isn't too lazy to properly diagnose an issue. Trial and error by replacing expensive parts that may or may not actually be faulty seems less than professional to me.

The service went just perfectly. He is very friendly, clean, very helpful. He had a very good positive attitude. Very knowledgeable about his products.

Appointment was scheduled for between 8:00am and 12:00pm I called at about 11:50am and the lady told me he was running behind and I would hear from him after doing the job he's on. He called about fifteen minutes later and told us he should be there in about twenty minutes. He arrived between 12:30pm and 12:45pm. Once he arrived he was very nice and considerate. He removed his shoes and went to the basement to check the furnace first and then came back up and put on his shoes and ask me to turn down the thermostat and he went outside to check the A/C. About a half hour later he returned with a complete report. He told me how old the unit was and explained it will continue operating for a couple more years. He made recommendations and suggestions and offered a service protection contract which I did not take.

The services were good and they were on time.

He was very nice and did a great job. My system is working well.

Spent extra time and energy with us to put the unit where we needed it to go after our township wouldn't allow it in our preferred spot. Worked with us, with Install Manager, to figure out options for best placement. Brendon the installer did a great job, worked quickly and was very professional, nice to my kids, great with our giant puppy. Andy's has done work for us in the past (adding a heat vent to a new bathroom, replacing laundry vent, we're also on the Home Service Plan). Today they gave us a discounted price on the unit, installation, and haul-away of old equipment/materials, but as any consumer would want, we'd have loved an even lower one. :) Thanks Andy's! We can now walk out our back door without tripping on an ancient, loud compressor!

They have been fine. I have had a lot of things done by them. They have been very good. They have been very helpful and dependable. I would recommend them.

I had an appointment scheduled for last Saturday and they didn't show up. I called them and spoke with Mike and he said that they could reschedule for today which I accepted. The appointment was scheduled for today between 11-2 in which they called to confirm yesterday. They did not show up and I called them and the receptionist said that they do not make 2 hour appointment windows even though Mike did exactly that. I am going to another company that is reliable and I can count on.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!! THEY DON'T SHOW UP!! THEY ARE HAPPY TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND YOU SIT THERE ALL DAY WAITING AND THEY NEVER SHOW!!!

All of the people that we had contact with were extremely professional and pleasant. They installed the new air conditioner last week but we have not needed to use it. I am sure it will be fine. I was also impressed that they did not pressure us to buy a new one, that says a lot about the company in my opinion.

They were the Home depot contractors. So my contract was with Home depot. Andys Statewide came when they promised (very timely) They gave me an estimate of the time the job would take and stuck to their estimate They were very pleasant and cheerful people who appeared to know exactly what they were doing Equipment seems to be working perfectly. They also provide two years of service and came promptly when I called them (small issue) I would definitely recommend them.and use them again if the need arises.

They guy came out and insulted me a new furnace. They stayed here all day and made sure everything went right and I have not had any problems.

They do a professional job. The problem that my wife was referring to was that they didn't secure the place where the wet hose that leaves off the water from the side of the furnace to a wash tub had come loosened and skewed water on all the basement floor. They came out and replaced the hose. They made it a little bit longer and secured it better. They fixed the problem. I would recommend them. They had a fair price on the type of the furnace I was doing a research on it. They were responsive and they did an excellent job in moving all the old furnace. They cleaned up after themselves, which I appreciated. It generates debris, dust and dirt, and they did a great job. They explained how the furnace is going to function. They gave the tips on keeping it clean and functioning. For me, it was a mark of professionalism. They should have properly secured the hose in the first place. I caught the problem earlier as I was in the house and I cleaned it up. It could have turned out to be a problem if I was out of town.

It was okay. Saw a deal for $49 HVAC inspection. Phone rep told me to buy $50 for $100 in service. Was charged $89 for the service. Said my coupon did not cover the HVAC inspection..... Looks like Angie's List just got cut out of the process to avoid a pay out. No clue HVAC companies I have called from Angie's list are terrible! I'll do the work myself. Fixed my furnace for $150... Both companies wanted to replace it and have me spend $6000+... Really???

Our furnace was about 20 years old and so is the air conditioner. Our furnace was broken so we had someone come out for a consultation. We decided to get a new unit. One person came out to do the consultation. 2 guys came out to do the actual installation. That took about 8 to 9 hours. All the work was very clean no debris was left behind. And they even gave us a crash course on how to use the equipment.
