The technician spent considerable time checking out the unit. Even though it is 30 years old he indicated it was in acceptable working condition, I expected him, because of the age of the A/C, to try and sell me a new unit but he did not. I did ask for a quote on a new unit and one was provided.

It went very well. The technician was very professional and thorough.

Andy's did a great job. We have a humidifier that was not working and they solved the problem without charging an arm and a leg. Courteous, professional, and thorough. The price said it included a filter but we had to go buy one. We have a large expensive filter so we were not surprised or upset. We also had to pay for a humidifier filter, but that was above and beyond and again we were not upset at the extra cost. the cost below includes the extra charge for the humidifier filter.

I'd say OK. Furnace seems to be working OK, but needs a new collector box and seal.

Unfortunately the day we picked for service was still during very cold weather. Our service provider arrived an hour later than our time window due to several emergency repairs ahead of our job.. He was professional and explained which parts of the furnace needed attention and why. The furnace was less of a mystery after his very excellent explanation. He even told us where we should place our CO detector (next to an air duct outlet, instead of near the furnace where we installed it.) He went the extra mile at the end of a long work day.

The tune-up went fine. The technician walked me though everything he was checking. This was great for me especially since I am a first time homeowner. The tech also pointed out some issues with my 20 year old furnace and gave me quotes of additional services and also a quote for new furnace since we will be in the market for one soon.

The company never called me.After a week I called them. After calling I had to wait a month for service. The main reason I called this service was a free filter was included. The technician asked if I wanted a filter change for $150. I had asked what about "free" and I was informed that not all filters were free. The ad did not state certain filters were for free. Lastly, the technician left the hose out of my de-humidifier pump tank and my floor was flooded.

It went well and didn't take long at all to do the maintenance.

they were very late, rude, and I had to call them. My wife took a day off work and wasted the day waiting for them. They had no concern about waiting someones time and were unprofessional.

They found out that our furnace was not operating properly and we were able to call in our Warranty and get it fixed. They were however supposed to change the filter and they said it wasn't needed but when Mastercraft came to fix the problem they said we needed to replace it. That is minor because they were the only ones to point out the problem and we were able to use our warranty before it expired next year.

good mostly. They did NOT check heat exchanger, where rusting was evident and could result in carbon monoxide emissions into the house. This was found after a second contractor was hired to look at same furnace. I will say this is a HUGE safety overlook by the Andys company, letting the possibility of emissions from corrosion on the heat exchanger kill members of the household. They never pulled out the motor and took a look. Gives a false sense of security. Beware.

He was late, but was very professional. He went over every little detail explaining exactly how the furnace worked, which parts were going bad, etc. He did not suggest replacing any of the big components and though I needed to replace the filter suggested I go without one for a day and buy from the store instead of from him.

Technician arrived on time and introduced himself to my wife and I. He performed all the required diagnostic services and showed us where to replace our batteries in our T-Stat and replaced them since they were three years old. The technician thanked us for changing our furnace filters, humidifier filters and having the duct work cleaned on a regular basis. He stated that we were doing all the right things to make sure our furnace performed properly. A great person to work with and a great company to have service your HVAC equipment.
