Overall very good service, technician was friendly and helpful. Offered to caulk one of the furnace exhaust ducts that was leaking condensation from one of the joints. Going above and beyond always makes for a good service call.

He could have charged me for something that I didn't need (what do I know about furnaces?) - anything from a thermocoupler to a motor but he was very thorough and found the true problem with very little cost

Very good service. The salesman was thorough. Their quote was a little less than a competitor, but not by much. Install took about 4-6 hours, the tech cleaned and all that after he was done. They had to change something in order for my municipality to pass the inspection, but that took the tech literally about 5 minutes and they handled all the logistics no problem. 8 months later everything is working.

He did a very thorough job, best I've ever seen. He also answered several questions I had. It was very educational. I'll have them back in the spring for the AC.

Mike K. arrived at the appointed time. He asked for information about the furnace (how old, are you experiencing any problems, etc). I told him I was experiencing a lower temperature in my livingroom. My furnace is only one year old. Mike went through the normal inspection and made some adjustments that he said will warm the house faster and force more heat into the livingroom. It did (smile)! See you next Spring Mike when I call to have the air conditioner checked out.

When purchased, I was surprised that the inspection could not occur until 3 weeks in the future. Nevertheless, I was persuaded to wait. On 10/29/15 I was contacted by the 'professional' that an opening was available earlier and we agreed on November 5th to visit and indicated a time frame of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. My wife and I had other appointments that we were able to rearrange. But, we left our home at 3:15 pm [note: more than 1 hour beyond the agreed time frame]. No phone calls to explain and no appearance. I will enter a dispute for this terribly unprofessional approach.

The sales person who came to the home was very knowledgeable and I believe I got a fair price. The installers came out on the next business day (a Monday) and did a great job. I work from home and it was entertaining to hear the two installers banter back and forth. They seemed to enjoy their work. I take it as a positive sign when the employees seem happy. They did a great job and cleaned up after the job. After they left, I noticed the transformer emitting a hum when the furnace was idle. It was not very loud, and I might not have even noticed it but I work in the basement with the furnace, so I did want that corrected. I did some online research on hvac forums and found this can be very common in new or old furnaces, sometimes transformers hum but they shouldn't. I called Andy's the next day and they send someone out quickly to check it out. The repairman temporarily remedied the humming noise and ordered a new transformer. About a week later, he was back out to replace it, a quick job under warranty. I am very pleased with this company so far.

The service was great. When they came out they said that they weren't sure if they were going to be able to do the work by putting in a new water heater. They said that they would make some phone calls and later on in the day they called back and said that they could do the hot water heater. If you are in that business, you would know if you could do the work or not but maybe they had to figure out if they had enough man power. I would say the pricing was fair. I don't think that they were late that day.

Called after another company told me our furnace was at death's door, might not make through the winter and I might want to consider getting a new one. Since I know little (pretty much nothing) about furnaces and thinking I was being taken advantage of, I wanted a second opinion. I called Andy's and in less than 3 hours Mike was here to check things out. Diagnosis: nothing wrong with the furnace; heat exchanger fine as was everything else the other company indicated was problematic. Will be calling Andy's for heating/cooling service in the future. It was a problem that was hard to trace down. It took them 3 trips to find it and resolve but they were persistent.

He was professional and seemed knowledgeable about our system. I have not had to purchase an HVAC system in a while, but they seemed a little pricey for a new system. I would use them again for service of my current system, however.

I contacted them a week ago via website and received no response.

Called to schedule service and was given a date the very next day (Saturday) with a 4 hour time slot. Received follow up call within 5 minutes and learned that I had been speaking to a call center and that they would not be able to schedule appointment until they contact their tech on the following Monday. After asking the same questions that I answered with the call center I was advised that they would not be able to help me at all. Complete waste of time and unprofessional.

Terry was great. Called me on his way to my house and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful overall.

From start to finish excellent service. When I called in to make the appointment the person on the phone was highly knowledgeable and made the service appointment process very easy. They gave me a window of 8am - noon and I even got a 30 min. call ahead before they arrived. When the tech arrived he did a few quick checks and resolved the immediate issue of water leaking. Checked out the condensing pump and helped us get that back where it should be (We removed it trying to fix the problem ourselves). Within 10 min. he resolved the issue with the leaking and continued to check out the system. He discovered that it was low on Freon (with a detailed explanation and how this is determined). We just bought the house so we were not sure when the last time, if ever, Freon was added. So he explained out this will give a baseline and we can check to see if we are losing Freon. Came prepared, as someone would expect, to be able to refill the Freon and get everything working great. The tech was highly knowledgeable and great at explaining what was going on with the unit. Total time was about an hour and a half. Service call (Angie's list special $50) + 2lb of Freon Addition ($190 due to 5% discount on Angie's list). Overall this was the first service call I put in for a major appliance in my home and I was highly satisfied. They also guarantee the work for 30 days, so if by chance the unit is still leaking they will come back out for free.

Incredible responsiveness and same day service. I explained that my 84 year old mother is staying with me, and I was concerned because our AC stopped working over the hottest weekend yet in Ann Arbor. Ken, a technician, was sent within hours and offered appropriate advise as well as fixing the problem by installing a pre-purchased programmable thermostat. The work was done quickly, and the AC unit is operating nicely.

They've always been very nice. I've been using them for fifteen years. I like the convenience. They're reputable. They're very kind. One time I had a leak on the drain because we haven't flush like a bleach solution; they took the time and showed me how to do it, where to put it. They're very helpful. If there is a need on how it should be done; they will show you how to do it.
