No issues with work performed. Did feel the service call as well as the part were pricey. As I recall I'd paid almost half the amount for a similar part just a few months ago.

I was very happy with the work they did. Everything went well. The furnace is actually a little quieter since they completed the work.

I was very satisfied with the service. I was able to schedule the work very quickly (48 hrs.) after I purchased. The tech was Joe, he called prior to arrival showed as he stated. He performed a thorough check and tune of the furnace. He did a great job!

He came and did what he was supposed to do but it took him a little longer than I expected for a person that really knows what was going on. There was something going on that he didn't figure out for a while. He was here when he said he was going to be here.

Went well. Furnace was fine, but old. Recommendation was to replace if anything goes wrong because cost of repair would be expensive and life of furnace would not be significantly extended. I got a quote from them for a furnace replacement, but went with another company because the other company was significantly less expensive.

They could do better with the prices they were trying to charge us. We had to have some more work done to our furnace. What they were trying to charge us compared to some of the other estimates we got was astronomical. I wouldn't use them again because of the price.

I think it went ok, though the feedback was conflicting ... he did the work, said the furnace is in very good shape for its age, but then said that it needed to be replaced? Of course I think an annual check is probably wise, but I didn't understand the feedback that I need to get a new furnace when this one is working?

I previously posted a rather negative review regarding my experience with the Andy's Statewide service call noted above . Since that time, their management has reached out to me to understand what occurred and to determine what they could do to make it right. I appreciate that they did that and perhaps there were some misunderstanding on both sides during the visit. As a result, I wanted to provide an update to Angie's List regarding my experience.

Eventually they solved the problem but it took them five visits to do so. It was a little frustrating. It was several periods without heat but luckily, I was okay at night. The problems only occurred during day. It wasn't that bad but it took a few extra visits than I thought. We did end up changing a part that I paid for and I wasn't really happy about that. I really didn't need that part. I didn't go back and challenge them on that, I left it. It ended up being an adjustment of a gas valve that they needed to do and they didn't discover it until the last day. I paid $148 extra for the part. The part is also cheap but I was very disappointed with their labor charge. I have got that same part replaced on the furnace before about three years ago. If I had that part in my hand, the total time it would take me to change that part from start to finish is 15 minutes. I don't know how much they paid for the part, let say it is $30, and if they charged me $110 for labor which was exorbitant considering the fact that they were out so many times. In the end, they did fix it and didn't charge me for additional visits either. The furnace worked fine, it was just a check up and the the problem occurred the day after the technician did the service. I can't say that he caused it because he appeared to be a very thorough technician in what he did. Unfortunately, the problem happened the next day. It was coincidental, I am wondering if he did something that altered the gas flow. I never went back and argued about the $148, I was happy to get my furnace fixed. The price is an F because I shouldn't have had that part replaced. In the end the work took seven calendar days. They were very good with responsiveness, when we called, they were here pretty quick. They were all very professional. I don't know if I would use them again, they are a big company and they are local around here. I would have to think long and hard but probably wouldn't use them again.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! Punctual, Professional, Curteous, Knowledgeable Randy to the rescue. He was well informed on my unusual boiler/hot water system hanging on the wall. I think he knows more about my system than the manufacturer. I learned a lot from him. Best of all, RANDY was very pleasant and helpful. I will use your company always.. Can't say enough good things about Randy. Thanks to all of you.

Called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived soon after. Performed the service on my furnace and humidifier went over some other services that were offered after completion. Will sign up for the twice annual servicing very soon.

My furnace worked fine for 10 years without any issues, without any tune-up, without any service at all. After the tune-up by Andy's Statewide, my furnace stopped working. I am 100% sure that the individual who did the tune-up had something to do with the furnace not working after few days. The same guy came when I called Andy's to report that my furnace stopped working. He told me initially that the motor and the fan was bad. I didn't trust his judgement so I asked Andy's to send someone else for a second opinion. The second technician told me that something else was wrong, not the motor or the fan. Andy's pays a commission to their employees for selling new furnace, equipment, etc. It gives the employees an incentive to sell new products to the clients or in my case, mess it up so they can sell me a new one. In my situation, I paid Andy's almost $2500 for a new furnace and the individual who performed the tune-up initially got an commission for the furnace. I was forced to purchase the new furnace from Andy's because my home was without heat and I could not get any other company to install a new furnace anytime soon. I suggest that you take your business somewhere else and be super careful when you contact Andy's for a tune-up or any minor service.

I have never had such a complete and thorough furnace check by any other contractor. I was very impressed. Will use them again.

It went OK. They had to come back the next day because, something wasn't re-attached correctly. It made a whole bunch of noise with the furnace.

They did a good job and were on time.

I would absolutely use them in the future.
