No issues with installation but a lot of confusion over bill and rebate process. Charged me $89 for initial inspection fee. I called and asked why this wasn't waived since I was spending so much on the new unit installation. They claimed that the credit was applied to the new unit price. Very questionable because this credit was not itemized in my quotation. Was eligible for a $100 DTE rebate but it was never explainned how to apply for this. Went to DTE site and they stated that the rebate is handled by the contractror.. Called Andy's back and they said I needed to provdide them with my account number and name to process the rebate application. Why wasn't this explained upfront?? Accidentally gave the wrong name on my DTE account for the eligible rebate. Have been trying to call to get this correctd but phones are down and all I get is a busy signal. I learned, through DTE site/not Andy's rep, that I only have 20 days after installation to apply for rebate and it's now day 20. Overall, Customer Service is needs improvement. Will need a new furnace soon and will likely look elsewhere.

Seemed very professional and did a good job on the first trip out. They came out to install the units( A/C & Furnace )the motor was running on the unit but he did not set the digital thermostat. So it was still hot in the house they came out the next day and found that 2 wires had not been connected to the thermostat so the unit was not working. No one checked to make sure the unit was connected correctly and in turn we were without air for an extra day. I will say they do repairs until 10 pm at night that is a good thing so if you want to pay 130.00 extra to get your air going in the middle of the night. other than that I had no problems out of them. My biggest concern was they didn't check either of the units to make sure they would work properly.

Amazing! I would give them A+++ They were wonderful. They were extremely professional. I wasn't going to use them because they were not in the area. I was concerned about that but they had great reviews on Angie's List. They were phenomenal! They were timely. They did exactly what they said they would when they were going to do it. They made us feel like we were their number one priority. The were wonderful. They did a great job.

Terrible. Company is unable to perform simple pressure and cfm tests to verify the system is working proper. Their "balance" was simply closing all the dampers to the first floor. This caused huge pressure imbalances enough to push open doors. After contacting then I was told and I quote "there is nothing we can do for you". Would not recommend

I called at 7am about my A/C the young lady was extremely polite and said that they could be out between 10am and 2pm when they couldn't arrive on time they called me back and said they were running behind. Dennis the Service Technician called to say he he would be at my home by 5:15 and he arrived when he said. He went to my A/C and got it back running in less than 10 minutes. I forgot say the fix was less than $150 I'm was so happy I could have hugged him. I highly recommend Andy's Statewide

The company came out timely. The work was more than satisfactory -- it was exemplary. I cannot recommend a company so highly. I will be using them in the future.

Mark the tech. Was great, I called the office at 8 am and the job was done by 10:30 am.

He was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. He took the time to educate me on my AC unit, how to operate my new thermostat (which he installed on the spot after finding out that was the issue), and gave me helpful tips on how often to replace my air filter.

Nothing happened. Zero work occurred. Not even a phone call from Andy's Statewide....I ordered work done for particular days. With the description that the coolant needed to be recharged...But, all that I received was a pointless coupon...I don't want a coupon!...That is not what was advertised...I want my money back!...No work was done....Nothing...Zero...Also, this is the first time trying to order any work off this website. So, I want resolution without hassle on this website (which means money back, since no work was done; i.e. I don't want any other offer of service, or rescheduling). Otherwise, I won't order anything else here, again.

Tech was very thorough & diagnosed the 19 yr old unit w/a locked rotor. Time for a new one...later.

The service was done greatly and workers explained the whole system and how works and what to do to maintain clean efficient heat and cooling. Everything was cleaned up after the system was installed.

We had a Mitsubishi ventless heatpump installed in an attic bedroom. We were so delighted with it, and we wanted another one installed in an adjoining bathroom. Salesman, John, came out to do the quote. He decided on a two headed compressor. We weren't consulted as to how we were going to use these pumps. It was our intent to use in different modes: Heat in the bathroom and cold in the bedroom. We were advised that installation on the same compressor would work in one mode only when we had Andys men come out to check them out because I wasn't able to use them in the two different modes. That was October 2015. The same evening John called to say, "Those guys don't know what they're talking about. You can use them on different modes. Just set the thermostats and wait 15 minutes." He was on speakerphone and was overheard by witnesses. We are afraid this lie may have compromised the units. This year I had service with Andys. Again we were told one mode only. We called to speak to supervisor. John called instead to completely contradict himself by stating units only worked on one mode. I told him he had been untruthful and the call ended acrimoniously. He again was on speakerphone and was heard by witnesses. We will take this matter to the next level. $11,000 is too much money to throw away because of a know-it-all salesman.

I have used them for over 10 years. I use them every year for tune up and maintenance.

It went well. He explained me the condition of my AC unit and how I can maintain it.

I really feel like they were just trying to sell me something. There were no extra charges. It seemed they tried to sell me a new unit. That was their main concern. They were there for half hour.

*edit* incorrectly installed thermostat. when notified they came out and he did not want to go in the attic because of the heat. company was supposed to call and reschedule for an early morning appt. they did not call and i called them and had to follow up. appt for repair pending (set for the 06/13)

The service went very well. With the warmer temperatures arriving I had my furnace and AC systems serviced at the same time as one season was ending and another beginning. I purchased two Angie's List Deals at competitive rates. Jesse Hardin was the Service Technician. Jesse was very professional, considerate (using shoe covers for my light carpet when adjusting the thermostat or switching between the systems), pleasant, and thorough in inspecting and testing (including explaining what he was doing and answering questions). I would highly recommend this service provider, and Jesse Hardin as your Service Technician.

They worked out fine. One time though, when they were here, it was kind of a major renovation thing and they ended up replacing a fitting that we needed to the drains underneath the basement floor. Instead of replacing it with the type that was there, which I could use to empty my dehumidifier into, they replaced it with a different kind that didn't allow me to put the dehumidifier liquid down there. Given that I've had them back numerous times, it seems reasonable. Had I been doing the work with the thing happening with the drain and saw that there was a specific kind of device there and it had to be replaced, I would have replaced it with the same kind. So, they should have asked me if it was necessary to use the same kind or not, rather than making an assumption that they could use a different kind.
