It went well. Haven't used the AC yet but am assuming it should work fine.

Bought their deal off of the Big Deal for the Air Conditioning tune-up. I called 3 times as well as emailed to get my work done. Ended up asking Angies list for a refund. I am sure their work is fine, but I could not tell you.

Overall a good experience. We needed a new unit. The price was fair and installation went very well. Brandon Olson installed our new air conditioner. He was on time, answered all of our questions and did a great job installing our new air conditioner.

Great! Tech was knowledgable and did a thorough job.

Tech identified the problem , capacitor that was still under warranty, and replaced the part quickly. Tech was thorough in showing cost of repairs, parts, etc....

Exam found cracked heat exchanger, so really didn't like the results, but that shouldn't detract from the service.

Because it is an older unit he recommended buying a new unit and new furnace together. He cleaned out mouse nest and dead mice from AC and wrapped wires that had been exposed. He also checked furnace. He did not check the temp at the registers, but it wasn't that warm out.

Job well done. Looked around the furnace and water heater and gave me tips on what could be done to improve efficiency .

I decided to use Andy's after receiving an Angie's List coupon. My nearly 5 year old A/C system had been checked only once since installed. I decided it was overdue for a good "exam," especially since an above average temperature summer is expected in Michigan. The technician, "Dennis" was very pleasant, polite and professional. He inspected/serviced the furnace/blower and the compressor unit. I feel very confident that my system is ready to tackle the summer heat and I highly recommend Andy's Statewide Heating and Air Conditioning.

Very, very well. The tech that came out was very polite, very informative. He explained everything as he went along. He made suggestions and noted prices on his work order for a maintenance packages that Andy's Statewide offers. He took his time and was very thorough performing the tune-up.

I booked online and when I didn't recieve a call within a few days I called them - they said it "takes while for them to get Angies List orders" - I bet they get it instantly but didn't seem to keep up on it . she couldn't see that I booked online and had to have someone call me back - she had to take all my info which is annoying since they probably got it all from Angies List.

Well. Good report plus gave an estimate for humidifier repair work.

The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and informative!

Showed up on time, everything was as expected. Only downside, the lady who called me to tell me the tech was on his way spoke really fast and didn't let me finish. However, once the tech showed up, no problem, everything as expected.

Melad was an excellent technician - very focused, very professional. Initial contact for appointment gave inaccurate information regarding appointment time. Consequently, I had to rearrange part of my morning to accommodate an hour overrun on the appointment time. The technician agreed it was an issue and offered to take that problem to his supervisor's attention.

Did a very thorough job and took the time to explain everything that was done. Offered to come out again free of charge if we have any problems.

They sold me a valve. They stuck it in. That wasn't a problem. I didn't spend a lot of money. I still don't know if they resolved the issue or not. It hadn't acted up again. I'm debating on that now. They diagnosed me as needing an air conditioner and I'm not so sure and gave me a price. I'm not so sure if I'm going to use them. They just happened to be with the furnace when I built the house they installed it and by default I ended up using them. And that's been 20 years. They installed the furnace 20 years ago and I've been using them ever since. I'd say their fair. They're average. They're not the best. They're not the worst. Three different techs came out on the same job and I haven't had any issues. I think it was just a valve that was stopped up and they changed the valve and all that, but I don't think that's what it was. I found out on my own that the things got a, where the gas comes in it's got a drop latch. I think when they finally took that drop latch off and the trash came out and there wasn't anymore trash going into the valve. I think that was the whole reason the for the problem in the first place. They sold me a valve and I don't think I really needed it. That's the big thing. Most of the workers were pretty well mannered. Most of them were alright. They didn't know that was an intermittent problem. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. But most of them were alright. They didn't know what it was, but they still sold me a valve. And the new valve went on there and it did the same thing and they still charged me for coming out. One time they had to come back and they still charged and the service charge is high.

Nobody responded to my order at all - let alone responding to any of three time options I showed. I had to call to Angie's list and separately to the vendor. The agent was kind enough but calling me with he name of previous owner and without any apologetic tone. We setup time, but representative was late even to that agreed time. Was not a problem though since I didn't have plans otherwise I would have to postpone or cancel it.. just proved to be not reliable for timing. Service representative perhaps did his job but not necessarily according to advertisement - for instance not installing the filter and giving useful maintenance advices. I had to request: for filter he said he is out of stock, for advices he only gave me answers to questions I asked. So if I didn't ask something what is important then I am screwed and have to do my own research I guess. For filter - I know it is not a big deal in general, but for person who doesn't have experience and knowledge and doing this for the first time, it was important. As a result I had to spend 3 visits to Home Depot to buy it (well because of lack of experience I have been chosen wrong filters). Representative was rather angry at me that he is out of stock of filters - no apologies, instead complaining at my demand of such a minor thing

they were fairly priced, good work, and professional.

Tech arrived on time, quickly began to assess the situation and began and completed work.

I have had no issues. They are very good. They were responsive. All the guys that I worked with seemed very qualified. I don't have any comparison on price. This was done in an emergency. Again, I don't have an reference. I don't know. You kind of put me on the spot. Take my comments, and put something together. Oh, very well. I don't have any complaints. The workers were professional, and seemed to be very qualified.

They were always excellent. The price was reasonable. WE have a boiler and not everybody does boilers, they repair HVAC systems too, they repair all systems. I felt that the people they were sending out to work on our boiler were very qualified. Not everyone can work on the boilers. I thought they had qualified boiler repair men.

They knowledgeable about the boiler. They come right away and send a qualified boiler person.

They were always excellent. We were always satisfied with everything, work, promptness, manor. They've inspected the boiler and servicing it. They've done two inspections and repaired it twice. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent. They were polite and punctual. It's hard to get service on a boiler. They were able to diagnose and fix it propertly. Their rate was really good.

It's hard to find people to work on boilers and I though they were very competent and knowledgeable about the boiler.
