Didn't have any other quotes to compare to, but did okay the work before it was done.

Excellent. Jesse Hardin was the service technician. I had my AC/Furnace serviced last year by Jesse ( very impressed) and looked for service this year. Jesse did the same quality professional service, very detailed,and efficient. Extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

The service guy has a check list. He checked everything on the list and cleaned the AC units

Did everything they said...were there when scheduled. My biggest fear was that they would try to "upsell" me something...but absolutely did not.

The technician was punctual, not very vocal on what he was doing or condition of unit, which is ok. Recommended I use an AC cover due to debris buildup, which was helpful advice. When I asked the sales person from Andy's two years prior, and the installers, about AC covers they both said it was not needed and could be problematic due to condensation build up, so I will have to do more research on the topic as I don't know who to believe now. When asked about the DTE rebate program he was very uncertain. I researched the program beforehand and was under the impression that I would have to sign some paperwork in order for the contractor to submit the rebate form, but technician said no and took my DTE account number "just in case". I later confirmed this is true, that contractors can submit online with just the customers DTE account number. I had an uneasy feeling that the DTE rebate would be submitted timely and correctly so I waited 10 days and called DTE to inquire about the rebate status. Nothing received on their end. Gave Andy's the benefit of the doubt, they still had 10 days to "officially" submit as DTE requires submission within 20 days of the work being complete. Call Andy's a week later to inquire, transferred to Ryan who is in charge of rebates. Left message, not returned. Called back a few days after asking to speak to a manager about a rebate, NOT RYAN, get transferred to Ryan anyway. Says some excuses about always submitting on Wednesday's, then that he would submit on Saturday, the verbiage needed correcting on the form. . . I was lost at what he was saying, all I understood was that 20 days had elapsed and he did not submit any rebate forms for me. Called DTE rebate program to explain, they said they would reach out to Andy's and to not worry about a "deadline". It is now more than a month and half after work was completed and DTE still has not received anything from Andy's. They have talked to Ryan, who gave them more excuses on what was happening and why it wasn't submitted. It's simply unbelievable for a company that said they to 100's of DTE Rebate tune-up's a season when i scheduled the appointment to not be able to handle a simple process like this! DO NOT USE ANDY'S FOR DTE REBATE WORK!!

tech was prompt very conscientious, courteous, he sold me an AC compressor saver for $229 installed as mine didn't have one, hope I see the savings in my electric bill

They called to say the tech was running late, and offered me a future discount for my patience without me even complaining, and the tech was fast and through, will definitely use again

6/3/17-Well the repairman was on time and very nice, but he was not able to do the tune up because he said there was a leak in my system and recommended that I replace the unit instead of trying to fix an older unit. He gave me a price and I declined. A few days later the office called and said that they may be able to shave a little more off that price and sent out the install manager to see what was needed for the job. I never heard back from them. Needless to say, I replaced my unit with another and cheaper company. But they got my money from Angie's list for the tune up that was never performed!

It went very well. Upon completion of work, I was given estimate to replace the unit and various quotes. I appreciated the extra efforts.

Need a part for ac and also furnace

Dennis came on time and performed very thorough inspection on our AC which stopped working. He quickly spotted the problem and offered options. Since the AC model is more than ten years old, he suggested me considering replace it instead of putting a new motor. So we sat down and go over the possibilities of different combinations and essentially give me a free quote on a new AC or AC+furnace system. He is very polite, thorough and never push-sell - always be honest about the pros and cons for each option for me to consider. Andy's Statewide is a reliable company.

My air conditioner is 35 years old but still working. Paul performed an array of maintenance and measurement procedures both inside and outside the home. Based on the age of my air conditioner Paul indicated correctly that it was on borrowed time. At my request he provided an estimate for a replacement unit along with the assessment that a new unit would surely be more efficient. Paul did not pressure me to buy a new air conditioner. I appreciate receiving factual information without the hard sell. When a replacement is needed I will surely use Andy's Statewide.

Service tech tried to tell me I needed 4 lbs of freon when it only needed one... told me after 2020 they could no longer add r22 when in reality they aren't making it anymore... they can still add it if they have it or they can recycle what is there ... this was his reasoning to get me to buy a whole new system ... also a whole new system was approximately 1,000.00 more than 2 other places I checked on

They responded very quickly after I placed the order and set up a time that worked well for me. The technician arrived within the time frame given. They called to let me know he was on his way. Everything that was listed in the offer was checked and when he finished, he went over it all with me. He did provide me with additional information about furnace problems that I had been aware of but not all the details. Would definitely have them again.

Great! He was very thorough and explained everything and always wore shoe coverings when he came in the house.
