Description of Work: Andy's Statewide has been outstanding to work with. After buying a foreclosed home with an old boiler I was unsure if I needed a new boiler system. Andy's gave me the most competitive quote for fixing the existing boiler. That was 8 years ago and my boiler is still working well. I have had Andy's come out every other year to inspect and maintenance my boiler and I have no complaints. I will be calling them in the fall for sure....!

Description of Work: I bought a service warrantee for my heat/air systems. Our favorite service rep, Terry, came as we requested him. He is so professional, great personality and quick. We stay with Andy's Statewide because of Terry. We trust and respect his opinion. He's honest and very hard working. Andy's should CLONE Terry. Really nice!

Description of Work: Cleaned furnace and replaced a part. Wanted to replace more but we decided not to at the time but if the part had failed they did offer a discount if we needed to replace the furnace. Very friendly but perhaps a little more courtesy when returning - kind of just came back into the house after going to pick up a part. Not threatening at all, just not used to that.

Description of Work: A/C was not working. Diagnosed an issue with the compressor capacitor and fixed in a timely fashion. Offered a discount by us agreeing to a winter check of our furnace which was included in the $300 we paid for this service. A/C has worked well ever since.

Description of Work: I just purchased a home with a home warranty. With the hot days, the furnance/AC unit was making a loud noise and water was leaking. We called the home warranty company who recommended Andy's Statewide for our area. They came out within a few days and on time. After looking at the unit, he said an old air filter was stuck in the unit which was easily fixed. As far as the leak, it was due to lack of maintenance from the AC unit outdoors. (and it was low on freon) He said, the home warranty is not valid for lack of maintenance so for $169 + $60 home warranty service cost, he could fix it. This would save me the amount I would have to pay for freon because it would not be covered for lack of maintenance. Since we were getting ready for 100 degree days, I figured I had no other option so I said go ahead. After he was gone, my wife called the home warranty, and they stated I should have never paid over the $60. That everything should have been covered. My wife then called Andy's Statewide who stated each home warranty place is different. They said they would void the check, and we could send another check for just the $60. Well, 5 days later, they cashed the original check. What a bunch of hacks.

Description of Work: Returned home after being gone all day and found house at 55 degrees. Furnace would not ignite. Called Andy's for an after-hours service call. Dispatcher was courteous and advised that a technician would be dispatched, but it would take awhile as it was a busy service night. Tech (Chris) arrived about 1 am, diagnosed problem as a faulty ignitor and performed necessary repairs. Also took the time to fully inspect the furnace and found multiple cracks in the heat exchanger. Provided estimates for both replacement of the heat exchanger and replacement of the furnace. The diagnosis, repair, furnace inspection and furnace replacement discussion were handled very professionally.
