Description of Work: Rugs were good, stairs were terrible, they only did the center. I can do a better job myself on them with my spot bot. Got rid of carpet on the stairs but still would not use again, feel like it was not any better than I can do with my bissel, it was nothing outstanding.

Description of Work: Clean floor to floor carpet. Very good job and very professional

Description of Work: 3 room special with added deodorizing to eliminate pet odors.

Description of Work: Arrived 15 minutes early, which was perfect for me. We did a walk through of areas to be cleaned and Amanda the cleaner assessed the problem spots. They cleaned 2 large rooms, 1 average sized room, a hallway and stairs. Amanda had me inspect the areas and she let me know about the results of problem stains. She was able to remove all stains except one. They were friendly, efficient, moved furniture as needed and cleaned up well.

Description of Work: They cleaned carpet in living room & dining room and cleaned the couch, three cloth lazy boy rocker recliners. Also applied stain guard to carpet & furniture. We had moved most everything off the floor but the furniture that needed to be cleaned which allowed for them to be here for a short time since there was nothing for them to move.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in two rooms. They got all of the stains out and they left plastic under the furniture legs while the carpet was drying.
