When Tony came he admitted to actually being an electrician, but he read through the instructions that my cable company sent me. He did some troubleshooting and was able to get my wireless internet modem working. I did have to wait a week and then on the day of the appointment date he called to say he was coming and then showed up 45 minutes later. He had never done this before so that appointment was about 2 hours long. The price was so low because the equipment that I had was out of date. The router was not able to be reestablished on the machine because it was not compatible with a wireless internet modem.

The job went just as planned Tony did a fantastic job and could not have been nicer, Would strongly recommend.

Mr. Tocco replaced the faulty breaker with one of his own at no charge until he was able to get the proper part ordered for replacement of the entire electrical box. His response was timely and his repair thorough and he worked with me to make sure it didn't disrupt my work schedule. Very easy going and approachable, but also very professional.

Tony Tocco is an excellent electrician but an even better customer service professional. His communication skills are superlative, the quality of his work is excellent, and his price is very fair. If you ever need residential electrical work done, I would HIGHLY recommend Tony Tocco.
