 + -1 moreBill does not give quotes and therein lies the primary problem. He works for a rate of $40/hour and has no help--therefore all skilled and unskilled jobs are done by him alone. He also requires incremental payments due on Friday of each week. I don't think he's dishonest but I also did not see any sense of urgency to complete the job. This is a problem when you're paying someone by the hour. By the end of the 3rd week, we found ourselves just wishing him finished and asked him to wrap it up. There is still a small job that is uncompleted that he promised to complete and never did.
