Description of Work: B Dry Services from the beginning proved themselves to be at a level far above the other contractors we spoke with. They did an exceptional job of explaining the process that would be required to repair a crack in our foundation. They were professional and thorough in evaluating the necessary steps to make the repairs. Upon inspection of the wall, we were disappointed to learn that we were unable to proceed with them as they felt that they would not be able to 100% ensure the warranty of their services based on the quality of the concrete pour. It is incredible in this day and age that a company holds such levels of integrity as to turn down $15k in work (estimates from other contractors) and be honest in explaining why. Their exceptional service continued as they provided guidance on whom to contact next. They suggested that we consult with an engineer to determine the best method of repair and made themselves available to explain all of the types of procedures (in words that we understood). All of their conversations focused on our absolute desire that the work be safe, secure, and permanent. I would strongly recommend them and will seek them out for any work we may need in the future.

Description of Work: We needed a full basement drainage system and sump pump installed. I did an extensive amount of research and reluctantly concluded that B-Dry's system was the best in my area. I say reluctantly because it was the most expensive. In the end, however, the professionalism of B-Dry, their willingness to go the extra mile, and the quality of the work, more than made the extra cost worth it. Have been recommending them to anyone with basement water issues.
