 + -1 moreEric Dale was one of three HVAC companies we contacted for an estimate when we were told by another company's service man that our heat exchanger was cracked. The Dale person arrived on time and was very professional. He pointed out that our exchanger was probably not cracked - it just had some surface rust - and we didn't really need a new furnace at this time. We will definitely consider Eric Dale for our next furnace safety inspection and when the time does come to replace our furnace. I don't remember what lines of equipment they carry. That can be found in their ads online or in the phone book.
Description of Work: Called for estimate for new furnace and air conditioner. He suggested that we probably didn't NEED a new furnace at this time (see below)
