 + -1 moreThey immediately call me if the alarms go off to make sure everything is okay. We haven't had any problems with the system itself; it even works when the power is out.
Description of Work: They monitor and maintain our home alarm system. I pay every 3 months. They also installed the system when we moved in about 6 years ago.
