They did a good job. They are pretty effective.

They were coming on a regular basis and we watched our lawn die, we contacted them and they came back out to fertilize but the situation kept getting worse. Later we found out that they were fertilizing a lawn that had grubs. No one told me it had grubs so by the end of summer we had no lawn at all, completely dead. I called them up and said "you people are supposed to be professionals, you come out and tell me everything is ok and its dead". Someone comes out a fertilizes a dead lawn. What was the point? The guy said "give me a chance to come out and make it right" and he talked me into it. The following spring it was the same situation again. They were all set to fertilize and I said "no, the whole lawn needed to be re-seeded". I told them to get out and not come back and that was pretty much how that ended. I would give them an F plus rating but for a while it was great. I would not use them again, not on your life. It was a nightmare.

Since what they did was lawn treatment it is going to take some time for me to find out if they did a good job or not. They come do their job and leave me a note.

I pay an annual fee and my fee is so discounted, its like oh my god. Their pricing I would give a B because some people have to pay a lot when they don't have the discount. The quality of their work is excellent. I would definitely use them again.

I think their quality is excellent, but don't think they have the best pricing.

I have been happy with them so far as they have been pretty good. I paid them for the year. I would use them again in the future.

I was having a monthly plan with them for $65. It was Convenient for me as I didn't have to stay at home for them to do whatever needs to be done. It was all pre-arranged and pre-paid for so it was an ongoing thing that they would come out and take care of it without me having to worry with it. What I didn't like about them was that, lots of times I would have several people calling me from the company to ask about the services but otherwise what they did was good, overall.

They have been excellent. I like their price and the service their offer. They come out about every six weeks or so.

I think they are reasonable compared to what it would cost us to use all of the necessary chemicals to make our yard nice. My lawn did not have anything done to it for over two years. It had some bare spots in it and it was not as pretty as it could have been. I saw the TruGreen guy at my neighbors house and talked to him. He sprayed our lawn and then came back a week later and sprayed it again. JUst with the first treatment our grass looked 10 times better. They are well worth the money. We pay them for the year.

I haven't gotten any weeds. The guy made a special effort to go up by the fence and I didn't even ask him to spray there. They come 3 or 4 times during the summer. There is not a set time for them to come. They are good and so is the price.

They come out every four months. My lawn looks very good.

I would tell others that they are a little bit overpriced. I like the pest control but I am not entirely happy with their lawn care services. I have to think about whether I really need their services or not.

Excellent, I left my home in April with weeds growing everywhere. I came home end of may to see all those weeds either gone or very well dead. So far the service has provided results. I hope to actually see the tech come to the home and spray.

I would tell people to avoid TruGreen. I had told them two or three times that I want to terminate their service. They came and fertilized any and still sent me a bill. They are a large company and automated. They are out of touch with the local person. In the various stages of them doing work with us they would call us to check on their work. I would spend time telling them how their people were doing. When I called to cancel my service I could not ge in touch with anybody.

They were excellent and professional. The quality of their work was good. They were responsive and punctual.

I was very dissatisfied with them. I give them an F on everything. Everything was extra with them. I wouldn't recommend them.

They do fertilization and treatment. It is the remarkable success story of my neighborhood. My backyard looks like a golf course now, thanks to their care and attention.

I am still using them to spray the trees and shrubs.

I don’t have a fixed schedule. They just come to my area anytime they want. I have made a yearlong agreement with them. They should be coming about five times this year.

They are a major player and you can easily find their number in the phone book. I haven't had any complaints. Their price is kind of high and that is the only complaint I have.

I have been using this company for over 3 years. They applied fertilizer on my yard the last time they were at my home. They will also be doing spring and summer applications for me soon.

They are very good. They are right on schedule. They stick to the schedule. I haven't had any problems with them or their price.

I was very happy with their services. They come when they are supposed to, and you don't realize that they were there when they come. The yard always looks great when they are done.

The chemical that they use the treat the bugs and weeds is harmful for pets and children because they have put up a sign. The lawn looks good. My complaint is that they send a different person every time. So every time they come, I have to tell them where my yard boundaries are. I get a little frustrated with that. When I do talk to somebody, they are fine. If I am not here, it is a problem. They come at their own time and schedule. If I could find a company that does organic, I would switch to them.
