I contracted U.S Restoration through through their rep, Robert Hubel. He initially came out to the house to provide a quote and guaranteed that I had "lots of mold" underneath the wallpaper in our bathroom. Mold was my main concern so I agreed to go ahead. After they stripped the walls, it turned out there wasn't any mold at all underneath the wallpaper. While that was actually good news, I was surprised because this company presents themselves as mold experts (part of the quote was removal of mold) and they really convinced me I had a big problem.  
But what bothered me most were the new shower doors. When drilling new holes, the technician apparently didn't align the doors properly, so now they're crooked and won't shut all the way. I contacted Robert and he responded in an email saying, "I agreed to put the new doors in the same spot as the old doors as to not crack any tiles." This wasn't the case. In fact, part of the quote stated that if tiles were cracked, U.S Restoration would replace them. We never discussed putting the new doors in the same spot as the old ones even if they're crooked! He also stated, as if to compensate for the poorly installed doors, "I threw in an extra large vent for no charge." That was commendable, but irrelevant, as I didn't ask for a larger vent.
I sent Robert a video of the crooked doors (he never did inspect the job, nor did he kick off the project as he said he would) and I've never heard from him again. Obviously, I won't be hiring this company again.

Excellent. The owner came out and did an assessment. I thought his price was very reasonable. I was expecting a $3000 bill so I was pleasantly surprised when I got that.

Thank you everyone at U.S. Restoration.  They evaluated the problem within a few minutes, they emailed a quote and stayed within that price.  Before they left they advised us as to what to do until they got back to clean up the mold.  They were easy  to reach by email and Robert always responded back quickly.  They were here a little earlier then their scheduled time and they were gone in two hours. We really appreciated their quick response time and their expertise.  Did a great job and we would hire again!

This was an excellent company.  The gentlemen seemed to go out of their way to help me.  They were prompt.  I was very, very pleased.

Expensive  does not seem worth it Especially when you do not have a lot of money and are on disability and barely make it anyway.  All because my sewer backed up.

Couldn't have gone better.

I don’t have a mold problem. He told me that if I had a mold problem he would have dealt with it. He was honest. He didn’t charge me anything. He was right on time. 

Mr. Hubel was prompt and honest.
