Description of Work: My electric hot water heater wasn't working. I called them at 9 and they were out by 10. They found an electric problem at the box and had me get a hold of DTE. I love the honesty, others could have made something up and had me spend a bunch of money. DTE fixed the box and everything is running smooth again.

Description of Work: Had furnace inspected. Was honest with me. very friendly and professional. Dealt with the same company 18 yrs. ago when I had a carbon monoxide leak. Had to get a new furnace over Christmas holiday. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Top notch service man arrived and had the problem resolved within 15 mins. Plus he was very informative on what was wrong and why the problem surfaced. would definitely consider them, when looking for a new heating system, which may be sooner rather than later.
