Description of Work: On the coldest day of the year my furnace decided to quit working. They were able to install a new furnace the next day. I also had them replace myhot water heater, as it was getting pretty old, too.

Description of Work: Replaced air conditioner with new higher efficiency unit. All went as |promised and on schedule.

Description of Work: Michelle in the office is prompt and responsive and will do her best to get someone |out to assess your problem as soon as possible. They are thorough and professional and gave me different price points to choose from, while explaining each option. They installed a new furnace for me, and then followed-up when I had questions. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My daughter used Pritchard Wilson they are a horrible company they double billed her, did damage to her floor, the seam between the air conditioner and furnace was taped which looks bad, the paperwork had a different model than the booklet she received she set-up an appointment and no one showed up she contacted the company and the owner was supposed to call her back and never did. The city did an inspection they found code violations and the company never responded to this either the work was done in January and things still haven't been resolved.

Description of Work: I could not get my preferred company out on the days I had available so I chose this company as a second choice. They told me I needed a completely new air conditioning unit. Told me it would be between $2000 and $3000 to replace. When I had my preferred heating/cooling business come out, they told me all I needed to replace was the condenser. They did that, while I watched, and AC works great. The actual cost was about $65-$75. I would not do any business with this firm as they were not honest.

Description of Work: They gave me a great price on a 95% efficient furnace and A/C combo and got it all in in one day. They were prompt and efficient and I have been very pleased with the product. They are coming next week to be sure that the A/C is ready to go for spring and summer.

Description of Work: They come out about twice a year as part of a yearly service contract to perform basic maintenance and filter changes on both my heating and cooling units. I have 1500 square foot of space to cover in total. When they finished they cleaned up and discarded the refuse themselves.
