Called them on monday and had it installed the next day. Everything went great they were on time and cleaned up after they were done would definitely use them again. A++

Of course it was Sunday so the service call started out at $179, Jason came out, was professional, replaced a part and advised us our furnace needed a tune up [bought a big deal the same night]. Furnace worked fine after he left.

Their price was reasonable compared to other people. They were more responsive, and got the job done. They did what they said they would do. I rate them highly.

They were very consultative and helped us choose the product. They were very clean and easy to work with. They did what they said they would do. They came on time and did the work quickly and efficiently.

Central air conditioner was working intermittently. My mother had just had her AC and furnace replaced, and she had obtained several estimates, of which Pritchard was the lowest by far, so I called them, too. First I scheduled a service call, because I was hoping it could be fixed. Because of the unit's age (>30 years), the serviceman said parts would be unavailable. So he called the office to schedule an estimate. It's a bit annoying that this required a second appointment, but based on other companies I called, that seems common. The serviceman was very friendly. Since he couldn't do anything with the AC, he checked the furnace while he was here, and told me a lot about carbon monoxide safety, and furnace care and cleaning. The salesman was able to arrive later that day, which was fine with me. He wrote several different package quotes, of which I excitedly chose the most fancy, top-of-the-line. When my husband later read the estimate and provided a reality check, I had to call the salesman and greatly reduce what I had ordered. He was very polite when I called to request the changes. The work was performed on a Saturday, which was nice since I preferred a day when my husband and I could both be home. The two workers were also very nice. They called at 9am to give us an ETA. They worked hard. They finished the installation of the new AC and stayed to make sure everything worked. They completely cleaned up the work areas.

They did a great job and were very professional. They completed the job at the earliest. I will continue to use their services in future.

They used to be the best company and they were so uncooperative a couple of nights ago when my air conditioner went out. I have used them quite a bit in the past and they would not even access my file till next week. I called them twice to see if they could just give me information on my air conditioner and they would not do so. Becky treated me so poorly.

It was a good experience. I have used this company for over 20 years. They do good work, they do what they say they are going to do at the price they say they are going to charge when they say they are going to do it. They are very neat and clean when they are done.

Two day job ,but had heat and hot water at end of first day.

I love Pritchard. We use them regularly and are always happy.

Everything went well except they forgot to re-light my hot water tank. I had to wait a day for co. to send someone out to light tank. I had no hot water for a day. Otherwise furnace is working good and the a/c I'll have to wait until spring is here before I know if it works well. The 2 service guys (Josh and Mike) who came out were hard workers and courteous. At first I was skeptical because they were very young. 21 and 24. The 21 year old was training the 24 yr. old. But they seemed to know what they were doing. They cleaned area and halled away old furnace, a/c, etc...... The only thing I'm not too happy about is the pump is much louder than my old one. I have to add that Connor the sales guy was very nice and did not push me into buying anything. That I really did appreciate!

They gave me an apporximate arrival time, and then called me 30 minutes before arrivial, so I did not have to stay home waiting for an extended period of time. The service was fast, professional, and was within the price I was quoted.

I have always had good service from them. I did look to see if I could find anybody else that might be better. But I ended up sticking with them because I didn't see anybody that seemed better. Their service is quick. They are efficient and are reasonably priced. The quality of work is good.

The people who came out were responsive and punctual. They analyzed and diagnosed the problem correctly. Their pricing was reasonable as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

The guy from Pritchard?s solved multiple problems I?ve had at my house. He solved some problems but he left the toilet?s tank out, which would flush continuously. I had to jiggle the handle to make the flush stop. He charged me $400 replacing every part of the toilet tank. I was expecting the work to be done perfectly. The guy had done the work at the beginning of the year. I didn?t have time to go back once the job was done. I got a chance to call Pritchard?s back just last week. When I called them, they promptly sent another guy over to figure out what the problem was. He didn?t charge me anything for this. He understood very quickly. He figured out that the handle was broken, which left the clasp slightly ajar, which was why it continued to drain. However, ever since the day the guy did the work, it was going on and on. The guy came out and saw that the job was unsatisfactorily. He replaced the handle for free. He fixed a metal handle that wouldn?t break unlike the plastic one I had before. Pritchard?s had a two-year labor and parts warranty on the work that they did. Since, the part was one that they hadn?t replaced earlier; they didn?t really have to replace it, but to their credit, they went ahead and replaced it. I can?t say that it was necessarily Pritchard?s fault that the job was took time to complete, but it does make me wonder if maybe I didn?t have to have all the guts replaced. It seemed to me that the guy, who came out initially, might not have known what he was doing, but the guy who came afterward, told me that he really was an excellent plumber. They were both very nice, professional and on time. They were very punctual and they came out pretty quickly once I called them. I think the price charged by Pritchard?s seemed pretty steep to me, but I didn?t do any comparisons with any other plumbing company. The final quality of the job was very high, except for the initial problems with the plumber who came out first.

The company was friendly and responsive. The work was done quickly and punctually. They answered questions via email and the phone. However, I was never really happy with the humidifier itself. The humidistat is irrelevant ? you have to either set it to near its highest setting to turn it on, or it stays off. So it's not really a humidistat, it's an on/off switch. When I inquired to the company, I was never really given a satisfactory answer. The humidifier seems to be doing its job, regardless, and my problem isn't as much with the company as it is with the unit itself.

I used Angie's List to find him but my son was the one who met him at the condo. The only thing that I was upset about is that we scheduled him on one day and they didn't have us down or something, so we waited all day for them. It's a condo that we rent out. We waited all day. We finally phoned them to tell them someone was supposed to call us between 1:00 and 4:00 PM. They did send somebody but it was like 5:00 PM and we'd been waiting there all day. Then of course the person didn't have the parts to complete the job, so we had to reschedule for another day, at which time they came out and completed the work. I believe they did good quality work because the tenant hasn't complained about the work. It was just that they didn't have us down for the day we scheduled, because we had to go from one side of town to the other to get there. I gave them a B overall because when they did show up they did complete the job.

They looked at all the fixtures in my basement. After two people came to find the leak, they replaced and re-ran a sink. The workers were professional and clean and nice. They couldn't diagnose the leak right away.

Pleasant phone contact. Able to provide next day service. Plumber called before arrival and arrived at beginning of predetermined service window. Tried to unclog drain with plunger to save money. Deep clog required 50 foot shake. Drain works well at present.

It went fine. I hated spending money to discover a leak that wasn't mine.

I was very dissatisfied. The service was poor and the price was exceedingly high. They did not come out when they said they would. I had to call 3 times. The furnace was not running and it was during the winter. As you can imagine, it was not uncomfortable.

My experience with them was good. Their abilities were excellent. They were responsive. They did good work. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

They were back the next day with the new water heater. They came at night to check out the problem. They seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

This company went above board in customer service and getting the job done expediently. They were friendly, courteous and professional. Time was of the essence for me in that my husband's health had been recently compromised hence the reason for the hepa filter and UV. Within my first call to them they had a sale's rep out to my house within hours. Great presentation and gave me several options to look at. After other quotes I had taken Pritchard offered the lower price by far. After the A/C install they explained in simple language the hepa filter maintenance. But really the topper of it all was when it came time for them to add the coolant to the unit so that it was operational. They were swamped with work and said they would try their best (it was a hot, muggy evening) and at 9:30pm that night the operational manager of Pritchard's arrived and had my air flowing within a few minutes. This company really takes care of it's customers.

I came home from an out-of-town trip to a cold house. I called Pritchard as they had done some work for me before. (Last year, they replaced my sump pump and back-up after they failed.) The technician got it started, but couldn't tell me what was wrong with it as the system was old. My furnace was nearly 20 years old. I already knew the hot water heater had approximately a year left before it failed, and I hadn't serviced the a/c since moving in nearly six years. I decided to replace the entire system with an energy-efficient series. I had the work done approximately a week later. The workers were always on time and couldn't have been friendlier. I truly enjoy doing business with this company.
