This is the second time we have used this company Previously had them install a furnace and ac in a rental condo. They are prompt, truthful,and do an excellent job. They come in, do the job and clean up after themselves. We highly recommend.

I used Them last April. They did a pretty good job. They did a better presentation. They were punctual.

Called at 7pm to say he was running late. Told him too late to come out. He was supposed to come out Saturday morning, never showed up, never called.

went well you know how it is they alway want to sell ya a new unit i do need one and a new furance but i always feel im getting taken for a ride you. know after you have the work done someone else alwasy says they could have done it cheaper with a better unit . yes im gun shy can't pull the trigger danny

Central A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. They came right out and corrected the problem and showed us what we could do to prevent future problems. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Throughout the process Jim and his installing team were very professional about taking care of my needs at a very competitive price. They were on time and very good at communication with me. I have since recommended them to my friends and family.

I used this company twice in 2011 for two different rental properties.. The first was for a new furnace, central air and a new energy efficient water heater. The second was for a new central air system. I could not have been more pleased with either. The prices were outstanding and top-of-the-line equipment was installed. The first job was a challenge because they were retrofitting a house that did not previously have AC. When they were informed that insufficient air conditioning was going to one second story room, they came back and corrected the problem without any hesitation or resistance. The people are professional and courteous. I will always consider this company first when I have an HVAC need in the future.

Overall a great experience. Tech showed up on time, and immediately proved to be very friendly. Asked several questions to ensure his diagnosis of the problem would be accurate. He knew almost immediately what the likely problem was. He immeidately began correcting the problem, and throughout the visit was providing me with helpful tips as to how to avoid a similar problem in the future while also checking various other elements of my furnace for wear/tear. As a first time home-owner, I am already nervous about things breaking down on me and the cost related to fixing them so all of these helpful tips and his thorough review of my furnace and water heater were very helpful. I understand there is an element of up-selling that is involved in this, this is just the nature of services businesses, but he did not try to push any extra services on me at the time, rather he just highlighted a couple of the other services that his company could provide should the need arise. I appreciated the input and advice. I would recommend this company to any with furnace issues. I cannot speak to the other services they provide, but I will definitely look them up again should the need arise for it.

The technicians were polite, punctual and thorough. They replaced the water heater and brought our plumbing and piping up to code. It took a little longer than we anticipated, but considering the amount of work they had to do, I think they completed the job in fairly quick amount of time.

Everything went smooth! From meeting with them for an estimate all the way to them installing the products. I had heard about them from my Uncle who had a new furnace installed in Williamston by them. I would definitely do business with them again, great people and company to work with!

Did the work on the day promised, and was able to install all three units in same day. I would highly recommend. They were courteous, clean and conscientious.

As with the estimate they were professional and punctual. About eight hours after they showed up, they went over the system and were on their way. If it wasn't for the shiny new equipment you wouldn't even know they had been here, they cleaned up everything inside and out. It has been a week now and with this weather I don't know about the A/C but the furnace and humidifier are working perfectly, although I can't ever hear it running. Too explain the 'B' grade on price, which I actually feel bad about giving, they were higher than the next estimate by more than 5% but the lowest of similar equipment was nearly 25% less. Unfortunately the lowest of the four estimates we received came from someone with a problem just looking me in the eye and I certainly didn't want to do business with them regardless of price. All the estimates were for equipment from different manufacturers but that doesn't account for the whole difference in cost.

She said that she had no idea for boilers but if it were a traditional furnace she would be able to tell me but that when a tech came they could explain it. I just didn't really see the point in wasting a tech visit to have him show up and me not feel that the service was worth the price. I would have preferred possible a return call from the tech or for someone to check into it for me but at the end of the day I suppose the trouble wasn't worth it. I don't like surprises and It's difficult to compare the prices of one company to another without an understanding of what they are offering. I probably won't be calling them again simply because there are plenty of other companies that have been able to provide more up front and transparent information. However other than this one issue they were very prompt in their contacting me and were able to send someone out quick so that is definitely worth taking into consideration and why I scored them well on other areas.

Nothing more needs to be said other that the fact that I go back to them for all my Heating/AC/Plumbing needs!

Overall it went very well, salesman sized unit correctly for our house. Installers came on schedule did install . Technician ccame next day filled and tested AC. Unit has worked properly ever since.

Biggest issue was receiving the rebates. They have to submit everything so the customer just waits and there were a couple of problems (account numbers not submitted, wrong amount received, etc.) but P.W. made it right and even cut a check to us for the difference from Lennox (due to an oversight by Lennox) so then they had to wait for their reimbursement. It took awhile but we now have all of the rebates we expected.Air conditioner is louder than our old one was but is working very well and the electric bill is down too! We'll have to wait to see how well the furnace works!Hopefully it's a long time before we need to have anyone out for the air or furnace but we will call them again.

They kind of stood me up the first time. I called them up, and rescheduled. The professionalism was excellent because they admitted their mistake, and corrected it. They got somebody out here pretty quick. Their responsiveness was quick. The price was excellent.

Replace furnace and air conditioning last winter. We needed a line inspected. I would highly recommend them as they worked closely with the inspector to get it done in a timely fashion.

They were very good and we were very pleased with them. I had them come out last year and I was very happy with them so when I found out that I needed to bring some items up to code, I had them come back out to help me. They replaced a toilet, installed a washtub, and installed a gas line to make it compliant. The price estimate of total work was actually higher than the total bill. They ended up doing more labor than just a quick fix and I have been very happy with their work. They were punctual and had great communication with me.

They are good and have always been consistent. I have also had them do other repairs and they are always good. Their prices are always competitive. They have been responsive. I have never had a complaint and I have been dealing with them for over 20 years.
