Description of Work: I had landscape lighting that was tripping the transformer's breaker. They came out and tracked down the short and fixed it. The previous installer had spliced wires using only electrical tape. The splice was inside the garage and run behind shelving. The splice had shorted overheated and melted items on shelf and scorched the wall. Tho low voltage the heat and danger was obvious that this previous installation could have led to house fire. Old Faithful fixed it using the proper parts and we feel safer. I don't have a lot of need for their services but anything that I need done that they do, means they will get the business.

Description of Work: The previous winter my neighbor and I had multiple gas leaks outdoors. The gas company came to fix the problem, but had to stab around in the deep snow to find the lines. Turns out they stabbed holes in my sprinkler lines also. Old Faithful came out and had to dig a lot to find and replace the damaged lines -- not a job I would like to have done myself!
