Great service, no issues.

The work was exceptional.

John, the service tech, was very punctual, polite, and energetic. He checked each and every sprinkler head - making sure they were positioned to water the lawn and not the street or driveway! I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the attitude, and professional service.....how refreshing!! Their Customer Service Rep., Denise was pleasant and efficient...another bonus for doing business with Old Faithful .... certainly lives up to their name.

Overall, it was good. It did take a while to get them to come to do the job. But once they did, it went smoothly. The only thing I would have liked was to have had a map. I couldn't tell where the lines actually ran. I have a feeling it will be good to know where the pipes are running in the future (because eventually they'll break). And, when that happens, I suppose I'll have to tear up my entire yard searching for the sprinkler lines. With that said, I think they did a good job putting in the sprinklers in good places to get good coverage of the lawn. So far, the system is working very nicely.

First, they showed up when they said they would. Both times. That in itself is worth a lot in this business. For the repairs visit, he listened as we walked around, pointed out what I missed, and gave me a quote, which he stuck to even when he found a complication. The work was done quickly, for a fair price. I invited them back when it was time to winterize. I've had several people out in the past to winterize, and most have show up when it's convenient for them, ripped through the job, and while they provided a bargain-rate price, I was never convinced the work had been done well. A couple of them were in the habit of changing out fittings so the system couldn't be activated without a springtime call. This year, Old Faithful came out and while they charged a few extra dollars, it was not so much more that it really mattered. They showed up on time. They did a good , thorough job, and they're trustworthy. I'll be using them again next year and for the foreseeable future.

It was a good service. They charge by the hours so make certain that you have the area ready for them work.

They were very nice on the phone, took time to talk about the service requested and gave me an extra discount as a new customer which was unexpected. He was very punctual, got to work immediately, was very efficient, friendly and professional. I would have liked to have had an invoice at the time of service instead of mailed to me afterwards or at least a breakdown in writing at the time of payment but I did receive an detailed invoice within 3 days. I would recommend this company without reservations.

They are great. The recommended my lawn and yard worker and they are just as great. They come the next day when you need them. They are very prompt and never have issues with their punctuality.

I wasn't here for the service itself, but it seemed like everything went smoothly. As far as I can tell, the job turned out well; I don't have the sprinkler problem right now. I think I spent $40, which involved a new customer discount. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

This was a complex job because it involved deciphering the electrical and plumbing work of the contractor that had put in the system originally, and then designing a new route and configuring the new valve box. I have worked in irrigation (long ago) and I was impressed at the fact that they were able to simplify the plan and ensure up-to-date design.

They did a fantastic job. They were right on in terms of their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

We have used these guys for years and have always been happy. They charge a reasonable amount for the work done. they accomodate us in their scheudle. The guys that come out go above and beyond what is asked - they move sprinkler heads that are now covered by shrubs that have grown up, they make adjustments on coverage areas without being asked to. they just know to do it right. Very satisifed - would recommend to anyone.
