Old Faithful Sprinkler Systems

I was attracted to the company due to all the positive reviews. I called to schedule an appointment. There was some time spent inputting all my information in the computer. I needed them to come out after work which is 6:15pm. They said they don't work past 5pm. Not too big a deal, I decided I could come home early one day. Then they had to reenter all my info into the computer when I called back. The next thing was a $35 fee to come out for an estimate. Even though they were to be in my area they still required it. Finally they needed a credit card on file for new customers. Apparently they don't trust you will pay them. Any one of these things would be no big deal by itself but all together the whole process was tedious and I decided not to have them come out.

The technician was great. I just moved into a new house and started up the sprinkler system myself. I didn't like how it was working so I called Old Faithful to run it through its paces and recommend how to improve it. The technician tried it all out and showed me all the problems and recommended how to get it working like I wanted. He did all the work quickly and professionally. I will go to them again.

Excellent Service - Jon Christopher was very professional, polite, patient and carefully analyzed our sprinkler system and double checked the overall function and layout of our sprinklers and each individual station. I also wanted to point out that I was very impressed by Jon's honesty regarding our current sprinkler system. He could have shown up and turned on a big sales pitch and sold us on having our current system and layout reconfigured and redone! I would Highly recommend Old Faithful Sprinkler System and will continue to use them for all of our future sprinkler needs and requirements.

Repair man was very nice and did a good job

I was very pleased with the repairs and the repair man was professional and explained his repairs to me. He ran the repaired sprinkler heads and adjusted them according to my requests and also made a few useful suggestions to more efficiently water the lawn. Overall, it was a very good experience and I am happy with the repairs. I would highly recommend Old Faithful for sprinkler repairs. Call them if your city is not listed in their service area. My city was not listed, but when I called to inquire, I was informed that they will work in my area. I am in Commerce Township, MI.

They are very nice. They will be coming out in 2 weeks to open the breaks. They were very prompt. He was knowledgeable about what was going and what to do to solve the problem. They are a little pricey. They were here when they were supposed to be.

Great! They are always on time. If they are running late they will call you. Very friendly and polite.

It was okay and the service was good. I was happy with them. They got the job done in less than an hour. The scheduling was good and it worked out okay.

The service was okay. I did not have any complaints with their work. The replacement of the sprinkler head was kind of expensive however.

Everything went well. He came out, went through all the sprinkler heads and made sure they were all aligned appropriately. He replaced couple of sprinkler heads as well. The person on the phone was not that professional, but other than that, they were fine.

They did a great job. Used the Angie's coupon for the tune up. Also asked for repairs and replacements and they did so at a great price. My lawn looked nice an green this summer!

My sprinkler system was stuck on one zone. I thought I needed a new controller unit. Jon arrived on time, asked questions about what was going on with the system and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem. It turned out that it was not the controller unit, but a small rubber part that was in the ground. He then walked me through how to program the unit. He also checked all zones to make sure there were no leaks and replaced a few worn heads. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He could have taken advantage of me and installed a new controller, but he didn't. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Techs were polite and willing to answer questions and talk with me about solutions to each problem that came up. With all the quality work that was done I am very pleased the sprinkler system is working well again for only $700.00 versus having to replace it for a possible $2,500.00 or more. Very pleased. I'd like to thank all the techs who helped me through all of this.

I haven't used nor serviced my irrigation system for 6 years. Called Old Faithful after checking them out on Angie's List. Set up a Spring start up and Winter shut off package. Spoke to Denise and Greg. Both were professional and helpful. On July 3rd Tim Hadjuk came out to assess the system. I told him I thought I needed to replace 5 heads, which later turned out to be 4. Tim was punctual, pleasant and efficient. The job would have been completed within the 3 hours he was here, but he noticed a crack in the pipe leading from the main water line out to the irrigation system. He said he would inform his office that 2 more heads needed to be replaced and suggested one head be moved to the opposite side of my Sycamore tree. On July 12, Jon Christopher came out to finish the job. He did replace the 2 heads and moved the third. I am very happy with this company and will continue to use them and refer them to friends and neighbors. All of the employees are professional, informative and the website is a great place to find out what the company is all about.

It took a while for them to come out but when they did, it went fine.

It went really well. They were very accomodating. I was very pleased and he even worked in rain or shine. Whenever I spoke with the office they had been very prompt with answering and being responsive.

The technician, Ben Reber, demonstrated knowledge of product and was respectful, professional and easy to be around. He waited and listened to my concerns and wasted no time to tackle the problems.....excellent employee qualities!

They got real busy, and their office and billing has not responded back to me. I was fairly satisfied with the work. They are not very responsive.
