I had a Big Deal. They came out immediately. They came out and it was for a primary inspection. They didn't charge anything else. They said we needed something else, but I took care of it. They were pretty fast. The response time was good. The cost of the parts were a little bit expensive. But I would recommend them. The pricing was expensive.

The service was very good. There were no additional charges. Everything was good, and the punctuality was great.

They couldn't get to us until January. They tried to sell me more stuff, but the service was good. The technician was fine, but I'm not sure I like the company. I called and tried to talk to someone and the person I talked to said I needed to speak to a manger and a manger never contacted me back.

It was good. They stayed within the big deal purchase price. They did a very good job. They were very thorough. The cost was very good. It was a good deal. They were all A's. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The service man was professional and courageous. He came and completed the service and we now have heat. This was completed the day I called within 3 to 4 hours.

Given the state of the furnace, they did a good job with the cleaning. Follow up was slower than expected.

The staff was very courteous and responsive. The scope of work was spelled out and I was not harassed to make a decision on the spot! I was given time to shop around (which was absolutely appreciated). The Business Office staff was professional and helpful, even dealing with me who is rather particular! Norman, the Field Supervisor, was awesomely honest, patient, understanding and professional. He made it very easy for me to believe (via my local Contractor's assessments) that the work would be 100% thorough ... this was a home-run for me since I'm a Detroit Landlord, but reside in NYC. I would recommend Harriman Heating without hesitation!

Actually we had him about couple of times and then we had an issue and when I called back and talked to them they sent somebody else right away and they gave me a discount from the earlier misdiagnose and took that off the bill, so I was pretty happy with that. The thing I liked it when I called back and said we had the same issue after you had a guy they got somebody else right away and I can tell that guy probably was just better. They sent out one and we had issue then they sent another and corrected. The cost was competitive. They are very responsive. They first guy had changed the appointment two or three times before he finally got there.

The two gentleman were exceptionally friendly and professional and answered all of my questions and did fantastic work quickly and without any problems. I would use this company again for any furnace or A/C related projects.

His customer service was excellent! He came by and told me what I needed. I had another company lined up to get another free a/c system, however Steve was so impressive I decided to go with them.

Well nothing has happened so far!! I purchased the service on 1/8/15 and they couldn't accommodate me until 1/23/15. When I asked for a better date/time they pushed it another 4 days. Their hours are 8 am to 3 pm and they have zero flexibility in their scheduling or window of time when they can come. Hoping to have this finalized soon but again, you'd think a paying customer would be treated better.

I purchased the wrong deal. They do not offer the type of service I needed.

My appointment was scheduled in a timely fashion and tailored to my availability. The technicians arrived on time and completed the cleaning and inspection quickly. They even vacuumed above the duct work. They pointed out items that might cause trouble in the future, even giving me a ballpark of the timeline for potential repair and an estimated cost. The entire process took less than an hour, and they left the area around the furnace in good condition. Their professionalism and courtesy was outstanding, and I will definitely contact them in the future if I have heating/cooling issues.

They arrived at the scheduled time as promised and did a thorough job, even vacuumed the tops of the duct work to the furnace. They were personable, and gave me information concerning work that would likely be needed at some future date, as well as what that work might cost. There was no pressure to do any additional work, which was very much appreciated. They left the area around the furnace in good condition, and completed their work in less than an hour. Both technicians were pleasant and professional. I am very pleased with the experience, and will definitely call them for future work to my furnace/air conditioning.

It turned out okay. There was some additional cost. It was a fairly good service. It was a fair and square job, there was nothing special. They were okay. The price was okay.

Purchased 20-point A/C tune up. Tech came out and replaced air filter in basement then went outside and hosed-off and cleaned the compressor unit. It was filthy and took about 25 minutes to clean it. I don't believe the "20 points" were performed since those were the only two things I noticed. I probably should have questioned it but I was having other construction going on at the same time.

Service Provider honored the deal as advertised. They came schedule an appointment, confirmed the day before, and came on time. They inspected the furnace and replaced the filter. A good thing is that I felt they were honest in their approach and analysis. He told me a bit about the condition of my furnace and it's life expectancy (which I already had known). He didn't try to "find" anything wrong or scare me by convincing me to replace the unit. Overall I would use this provider again in the future and am happy with the result.

I purchased a "special deal" through Angie's List. The service was provided in a timely manner, and the technician was efficient and personable. However, the carbon monoxide detector that made the deal more attractive, turned out to be a stick on patch which needs to be replaced after 90 days. I requested the company, which is listed under the gas company's rebate program, to process the rebate. They stated they would not. I sent feedback about my concerns to Angie's List. They have not responded.

Furnace died Thanksgiving eve. They got us up & running by midnight so we could have heat for the holiday. Norm and the crew were great! They offered us five years, no interest financing which really came in handy. And took care of the rebate paperwork for DTE and Consumers Power. I would highly recommend them.

Provider arrived promptly and I pointed out the water on the floor. He immediately worked on identifying the problem and repaired the split hose. He then proceeded with the inspection and cleaning and changed the filter for me. He was extremely pleasant and kept me informed of exactly what he had done. I would most certainly call them again.

Well. Consultative and thorough. But could have explained the process a little better to set expectations. Also felt a little "let's make a deal" on some of the extras that left me wondering if I could have gotten a better price. But overall satisfied and would use them again
