Description of Work: The provider checked the operation of my 20 year old central air conditioning unit. I thought it was operating fine, but wanted a professional to look it over to make sure and to spot any potential problems. The tech attached a device that checked the unit's cooling ability. He also did a visual inspection that included opening part of the unit to observe some wiring. He hosed down the unit to clean the filter and advised me to make sure to do that regularly. He suggested a part that would better protect part of the unit from bugs; he stated they could cause a spring to jam and that potentially could cause motor to burn out. He didn't do a hard sell, which I appreciated. He also suggested putting something over unit during the winter to better protect from snow. I usually just clear snow off it. |I thought tech was friendly and professional. He called to let me know he was running behind so he wouldn't quite make the agreed upon time window for service.s |Overall, I was pleased.

Description of Work: Inspected 26 yo AC unit. On its last leg, so took advantage of their Trane special and had a new one installed. Total cost was $3,000. It was a good choice.

We have two separate phone numbers to reach you on. One number we have I believe is your work number where we left several messages, and the other belongs to someone else. Our technician drove down your street and could not find your street address. After searching your address on Google maps, it seems your home does not face the street and I believe this is the reason we could not find you. Description of Work: Bought thefurnace/AC tune up package and it took forever to get a service date. They were scheduling a month or more out. When they finally came the serviceman was okay but missed something simple like a spider web that caused us to have Family Heating and Cooling out. Not impressed at all with them and will not use again.

Description of Work: Overall I'd recommend. After some miscommunication and slow return calls, furnace was replaced. Though some customer service service issue were disappointing, I would like to say that I would absolutely recommend them to others. Their technicians were polite, courteous, friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to remedy the issues I had, and spend the extra time to make sure I was satisfied, and I really appreciate that. They also left the ductwork and structure in a better and more compact state than the previous builder had, a nice touch.
