Thank you again for choosing our Big Deal Special of a $29 diagnostic, which is a savings of $60. Upon our diagnostic we found you had a bad secondary motor controller. We fixed that part under the carrier factory warranty you had with your unit and only charged you for 1/2 labor. Upon leaving your unit is in good working condition. Dear Valued Customer, Harriman Heating, Cleaned and check your furnace, and removed all cob webs, debris, and any build up on the flame sensor. Checked all safety sensors and pulled out your blower motor to clean it and found 3 fractures in the heat exchange. It was highly recommend to not use your furnace and was shut off for your safety, Until you had repaired properly or furnace was replaced. We also gave you a CO Detector for free that was good for 90 days. If there was something more we could have done We would love to speak with you in regards to your account so please feel free to contact our office at 248-231-2102 and Ask for the Manager.

Description of Work: Put in a new air conditioner and a new furnace. High quality work. The job wa inspected by the city of grosse pointe and failed on some small items and the guys came back and did the work. Final inspection has not been done.

Dear valued customer, we thank you again for choosing Harriman Heating to come out to your home for the Big Deal of a $29 diagnostic, which is a savings of $60. You called our company out because you air conditioner was not working, we came out to your home and found fuses missing in your disconnect box and your compressor reading bad winding's which was causing it to not work.The winding insulation prevents the current, which is going through the wire, from traveling into the motor body. Meaning that the insulation of the winding has deteriorated or has become damaged from heat and can no longer resist the current from going into the motor body. It was a recommendation to replace your unit for your best interest. Once a customer schedules an appointment with us, they are automatically added into our database. Our sales rep contacted you to give you your FREE estimate on replacement if you decided to do so. If you have any other concerns or questions, please feel free to contact our office at 248-231-2102.
