Overall the service was good. There were a few hiccups but overall they were able to send the technician during the time frame that we agreed upon and they promptly corrected and refunded me for an accidental overpayment. The technician was knowledgeable and made recommendations without pushing anything on me. I would use their service again.

I bought a service contract that included the fall cleanup and allowed for followup calls if the 'possibles' went bad. Basically the cost of 2 calls with the first one rolled in. Thanks John - nice work.

It went really well. The technician was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Transparent about the prices and fast. He quickly fixed my AC. He was also great in explaining what was going on while he was working which I really appreciated because I like to know what's going on with my house. I would use this company again.

They were fine, they were not outstanding, they were fine. They weren't consist with their prices.

This was our first time using Harriman Heating. Justin performed the inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain each action taken during the service. He was courteous, wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself. We highly recommend Harriman and Justin in particular.

They repair guy was nice but I didn't like how he didn't put on shoe covers or take off his shoes in the house. It was super cold and snowy and he just walked over the carpet. Then the work that needed to be done took about 15 minutes. So 500 dollars for remove blower motor and put another in. That came to 500 bucks. That's kind of the name of the game when it comes to heating and cooling so I don't think I was over charged but man very expensive for the labor which was minimal at best.

I purchased this service as an Angie's List Big Deal. The Technician arrived on time and performed the inspection and cleaning. He was personable and was willing to answer all my questions regarding my unit and other things I needed to talk about that were unrelated to the heating unit. I would definitely use Harriman Heating again.

I had a very bad experience. The technician collected a $75 service fee. I asked for a receipt to pass on to the landlord. The technician said they went paperless and that the receipt will be coming in the mail. Two months later it never came. I called them to ask them to email it to me. Over the course of a week and several phone calls, I tried to get them to send me a receipt. Twice they took down my email and told me they are sending it right over. It never came. Several other times they told me they will look into it and get back to me. They never did. All I was trying to get them to do is to send me a receipt. They never once called me back. I still don't have the receipt for the $75 the technician collected.

Great service/work, that's why I used them a 2nd time. A reasonable price too. Wasn't expecting them to come right back and replace the part but very glad they did.

Technician showed up within first 20 minutes of appt. Got right to work. Explained what he was doing and why. He was polite, quick, and efficient. My furnace now stays on for shorter bursts. Well worth the money!

They did an ok job. My big issue is with the unprofessional staff that run the office. Not only are they rude but do not schedule their appts properly. I had service scheduled about a week in advance for 3 properties they never called the day befor to tell me an exact time, changed the price twice on the phone and on the day they were suppose to arrive did not have me scheduled. When I called to ask where the technicians were they were rude and tried to blame me for their error. Be warned just because they are cheap is not a good reason to use them. I will Nevr use them again.

That was big deal I purchased. They came out in October. They could have done a little more cleaning. It was one worker and he was very polite. The area was clean, he did clean the area. The furnace section where the fan was not cleaned really good. I would tell a friend that they have good pricing and get the job done.

They came out supposedly repaired the problem for $1400 whatever they did didn’t work and the unit started disturbing my neighbors. When I called them back to have them come and fix it they were horrible. When he came back I told him about the noise they suggested a new unit for $6000. I just gave them $1400 and now they wanted more. I called back to the company instead of dealing with the tech. The office manager laughed like it was a big joke and acted like they couldn’t have made a mistake because the tech he originally sent out was good. So what he did wrong didn’t matter. I got a new company and ended up having to get a new unit because of what they did and I was out $7000.

It went fine. It was a "Big Deal" purchase and I didn't pay anymore for the service.

Justin called before he came. He is a very pleasant young man.He is very articulate and courteous. He told me what he was going to do. I told him I called another company last year, and they charged me $135.00, for one of the steps that was included in the cleaning he did! I was very impressed. I will be a long time customer, and I hope others will use their services.

The start with low and they charge much more when the service is needed. It is not worth the deal at all. They charge $100 for R22 per pound while you might be able to call around to get about $55-$75 per pound. If you find a local HVAC contractor the service is around $65-$75. a little more expensive than this deal but total charge will be much cheaper if you need a few ponds of R22

I called them because they had a deal through Angie's List for a furnace cleaning. They came out to clean my two furnaces and since I was having them here anyway I asked if they did air conditioning yearly checkups as well. They did and were having a special on that, too, so I added that to the list. James, the technician, did all that was asked and from the amount of time it took him it seemed he did a thorough job. When servicing the furnace in the crawl space he told me that the vent motor needed to be replaced. That was actually good news (!) because the last person who serviced that furnace told me that the whole furnace needed to be replaced because it had been making an awful racket. He offered me the choice between an OEM part and an aftermarket part. I chose the aftermarket part because the furnace will probably fail before the part does (the furnace is getting well up there in age) and there was over $100 difference in the price. My furnace is now a great deal quieter. The technician was a very pleasant person, very polite. I will definitely use this company again in the future.Very good experience.
