Description of Work: Ontime excellent service was provide via the coupon purchase through angies list. He found no problems. He found one part that had some wear but said it did not warrant repair. Will use them for any repairs and annual service.

Description of Work: Harriman did a checkup on my AC unit to insure that there were no obvious problems. I had no problems scheduling the appointment, changing it due to weather or anything else. Everyone that I spoke to was very pleasant and professional. Service tech was right on time, knowledgeable about my HVAC system and easy to work with. Extremely pleased with my experience.

Description of Work: Justin did a very job while he was here. He cleaned the furnace really well removing all of the debris. Checked all of the safety's and sensor's, cycling the furnace several times and finding no issues. He also installed the lifetime furnace filter. All i now need to do is wash it and vac it to keep it clean. New humidifier pad was installed for the next two heating seasons. I received very good service.

Description of Work: I have actually cleaned my own furnace on various occasions. The Harriman h/ac man was on time and very cordial. He told me that my blower motor bearings are loose??? He did say that it may last a week or years??? He left and I then took off the furnace covers and to my disbelief the furnace showed absolutely no visible signs of being cleaned. I must assume that part of cleaning a furnace that a vacuum cleaner would be used. I heard no vacuum cleaner and he was done in less than fifteen minutes. We spent more time in my garage talking about the blower motor than it took to do the work.........But what really upsets me and any other Angies list member is that the price of $59.00 is advertised in VALPAK for $49.95 Whats the story with Harriman, thought they were a highly rated company on your list. Have kept the Valpak coupon if you need proof of this scam. Cordially Dan Vasiloff

Our, print with paper coupons are done months in advance and we cannot change the specials because they have already been processed. Do to increase fuel cost at the pump we changed cleaning price online this goes in affect immediately for the discounted $59. As for the furnace we will inspect refund and re clean at no charge if not done correctly
