Great. They did a fantastic job. Floors look wonderful.

We replaced vinyl tiles with porcelain tile in our entryways. Punctual, polite and considerate, efficient and quick. Looks great.

I was very pleased with the whole process. Salesman was very knowledgeable and forthcoming as far as options. The workers were great to deal with. They kept us up to date with progress and problems. I would hire them again in a minute. I can't speak to the price of the job. The company was recommended by our real estate agent and we didn't comparison shop. Very happy with the results and even happier with the people.

They did an amazing job , there was one little spot that I was concerned about and when I brought it to there attention they went beyond what I expected and fix the spot and added a 3rd layer of polyurethane over the entire house no extra charge ! I couldn’t be more pleased with my floors now , it’s been almost 5 years sense they were done and they still look brand new . I highly recommend there services !

Communication was excellent and great install.

I pulled up the carpet on my entire ranch home and had the hardwood floor resurfaced. There were some stains caused by pet damage that were pretty severe. The results were miraculous. I couldn’t believe it was the same floor after the initial sanding. I picked out a stain that I liked and after it was sealed I loved the results. The whole job took parts of two days and was handled very professionally. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Couldn’t be more pleased.

They were in and out in about 2 days, renewed all the wood flooring even floor in the closets! Reasonably priced and excellent work!

This company is awesome! From the quote to the finish they were the most professional and prompt company we dealt with. We were on a tight schedule and the got us in to refinish our floors within one week of the quote. They showed up when they said they were and the team who worked on the floors were kind, professional and so pleasant to deal with. They even tried to match the price of the other competitors we had quotes from and reduced the sq ft by a little to make sure they were able to match the price. We are thrilled with the floors. The team treated our home like their own. And the floors look amazing!!! The team forman texted me pictures when they finished... It was so thoughtful! Functional Floors helped us create our dream home! Thank you thank you!

Great. Zach and his crew were very professional and accommodating. They put plastic up in the areas without a door to help contact the dust. Were very punctual . The floors look great, they did a wonderful job. Would recommend Functional Floors and Finishing.

Two separate crews were involved. One for each room. Each crew did a fantastic job. The floors look wonderful. A huge improvement from what was there before. Excellent, quality work. Extremely pleased.

I had a great experience w/Jason from Functional Flooring. From the initial visit, proposal, managing the materials, then coming and doing the work, everything went smoothly. I'd HIGHLY recommend him for any flooring work.

They have done a great job for us on multiple projects. I would recommend them but I want to keep them to myself. Ha ha

Les and Tyler did a fabulous job. There on time, work done well and cleaned up as they went along. Pointed out issues to address and asked for future business - which they will get when I am ready.

Small but tricky install but Ovi was great. He worked so **** ** the floors and was extremely courteous. We would use Functional Floors again.
