They don't remove pet stains and they didn't tell me that when Chris was there looking at the job, other-wize I would have hired someone else ! Also one of the workers tore-up my new carpeting when he was scraping the stairs where the carpet meets the wood !! The guy just didn't care !!

Crew showed up on time and were quick and clean. My only complaint was that they didn,t do a real good job where my living room met already finished bedrooms. Love the result.

John and his partner were great! Our floor is beautiful!! I had gotten quotes from other companies but they only offered one coat of polyurethane. I knew I wanted the oil that this company offered. Would definitely recommend.

After the estimate, I compared to others, & for the value/price, it was a GO. I booked it. Day one i get a call from sales regarding a "mis-quote" cuz they "missed" the dining room. Mind you we did the hardwoods on the ENTIRE 1st floor, you can't just miss the dining room. They tried to charge me an additional $400-$500 after the fact. I obviously told them that wasn't going to happen. I told them i'd pay an extra $100 to show good faith, and they were satisfied. Otherwise, Milton and Chris (the crew) were great. They did great work, and communicated everything perfectly along the way!
