Description of Work: Encapsulated crawlspace, insulated crawlspace, cleaned ALL junk from under house, raked grade flat, and sealed up. FSM ABSOLUTELY did all they had promised and then some. Salesman - Bill Stone I *think* sold us everything we needed/wanted and nothing that we didn't need. Trust me when I say this man is who you want to bid your job! The installation guys were clean, professional, and worked their tails off to get this done in their allotted time. GREAT company to do business with --- not the cheapest, but definitely the BEST! Thank you FSM!

Description of Work: The FSM representative was a hard sell guy, and even worse, set us up with work that was NOT necessary. We had asked for 3 sets of basement leaks to be fixed, and had convinced me and my wife that the slight settling of the foundation was the cause of one of the leaks. That was not the case and that was confirmed by the technicians who came to our house and the technical manager. The did a GREAT job of implementing their leak repairs (costing about $3600). But I'm not happy that the FSM rep selling us on stabilizing the foundation pulled the hard sell on us to waterproof the whole basement and stabilizing the foundation ($32000). The technicians that came out to stabilize the foundation ran into an issue that prevented them from doing that work, it was sandy soil so they couldn't do the work. The tech told me then that we really didn't have that much of a stabilization issue anyway, but said "I'm telling you this but I'll disavow it if asked" like he'd be in trouble with his management if it got out that we were sold something we didn't need. The foundation only had a settling of a fraction of an inch, nothing major, and it's not even part of the problem I had with leaks. So I'm very disappointed in FSM. I've had to go to the FSM rep's manager to complain to him just to get the right services requested and to have him stop offering stuff we didn't need.

Description of Work: My foundation was weakening on 2 walls in the basement. They installed 10 I beams to straighten and strengthen the walls. A couple of the I beams are not |easily accessible and I the crew performing the installation could have acted a little more professional for how much this cost.

Description of Work: Replaced our sump pump. The guy they sent out was terrific and gave me quite an education about how sump pumps work in a basement, as well as throughout the rest of the basement, both inside and outside. He was very timely, recommended several options at the time and several more for the future. I would definately call them again for basement problems and/or improvements. The price was reasonable--I felt like I got more for the price because he explained so much.

Description of Work: had them over to inspect some cracks in my foundation. Tech assessed that there was no problem and left. He followed up with his supervisor on something he was not 100% sure of and came back to make sure. Very diligent, honest and professional.
