The customer service, I thought, was very friendly and they offered the best price. I was really impressed with the whole experience. The installation looked like it was just meant to be there.

Dand G were friendly and prompt. The representative was patient in explaining the problem(s). This is important to me since I like to understand the what and the why of the problem. They honored the 10% off from Angie's list.

Peter, the salesman, was knowledgeable, and followed up promptly to check on status of install. We were contacted in an appropriate amount of time to check on our satisfaction. Installers were timely, efficient, and completely cleaned up everything! We were aware of the expense of the high efficiency units and were provided ample information on alternatives that may have been less costly. There was no ''hard sell!!!'' It was our decision to go with the most environmentally friendly units!

Installers pleasant. They didn't use Dand J's humidifier, since mine is in perfect condition, so told me to contact Dand J for a credit. The person at Dand J told me, I had to speak with Jamie, my initial contact. Jamie has not returned one call in 2 months. I question why they sold me the humidifier in the first place, and why they can't credit me with the price of the one they didn't use, poor business practice and certainly not honest. Don't trust them.

Will was a very nice young man. The work was done well and reasonably priced. Recommended that we replace our 30 year old unit with a more efficient unit before winter. Stated that a price increase would occur after first of year.

Excellent. He came very quickly on a terribly hot day. He had to go back and find a capacitor for our air conditioner (it is rather old) and bring it back to us, and he did so very promptly. Very polite and reasonably priced.

Service technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Extra care was taken to prevent tracking in outside dirt. Every inside visit tech. wore protective coverings over his boots. After a thorough furnace inspection/cleaning he then asked for my input. If I was ever unsure or curious about maintenance that I myself could do. I now know how to change those Aprilaire space-guard filters. And now own a Humidifier that works without the standing water(mold). Maintenance on the new humidifier only takes 1min rather then 30min w/older humidifier. For good, neat, and professional service I ONLY call D+G.

Fantastic. Old air conditioner died on the first hot weekend of the year, called D and G. Dan came out with the estimates for the different levels of A/C available. No pressure and extremely pleasant. Crew that came installed a/c in 2 hours a day later. On time and everything was cleaned up. A technician came later the same day to quality check the installation and that we were happy with the service.

THE FURNACE WAS INSTALLED IN THE BASEMENT and THEY CLEANED UP NICELY WHEN DONE. THE UNIT WAS COMPLETE AS PROMISED. THEY ALSO FOLLOWED UP WITH US A WEEK LATER TO MAKE SURE THAT THE FURNACE WORKED.

THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY WHEN WE CALLED THEM. I WOULD ALSO HAVE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND CLEANED UP NICELY AFTER THEMSELVES.
