Description of Work: I had them remove my old furnace, install a 95% efficient Bryant Furnace with a humidifier and a new Bryant air conditioner. The work men listened to my requests, and worked to make sure I was pleased. The job went well and I was and am still satisfied with their work and their extended guarantee. I have talked to them several times since then and have always felt that I am carefully listened to. They have given me good suggestions whenever I have had a question.

Description of Work: We had moved into a new condo and I noticed that D&G had serviced the previous owner. I wanted the furnace & humidifier checked. The technician checked everything out and we had him clean the electronic filter. He also explained how to do that myself if I want to. He indicated that the humidifier had not worked in years and that it might be prudent for me to wait and see if I actually needed one since the house was not dry. I was blown away by his honesty and not trying to sell me something I might not need. We ended up paying for a service contract which was less than the combination of that visit and the spring tune up of the air conditioner.

Description of Work: They came out to repair our furnace. They pointed out that it was under warranty, and it was repaired free. We also had them do a seasonal tune up and some work on our humidifier while they were at our house.
