The installers arrived and said they could not do the job, because they do not move appliances. The salesperson took note of the built-in refrigerator when she measured but said nothing! I called the store in Livonia hoping to speak to someone in charge and I was referred to Andy Kramer. After hearing my comments and telling him this was unacceptable, he told me he would call the salesperson to see if they could find movers at our cost. About an hour later the salesperson called telling me she could not get a mover because they would not accept responsibility for moving the refrigerator. Further I am puzzled by the Dear Customer sheet provided when the order was written: Item 2 Room Preparation (It states "There is an extra charge to move appliances, pianos, pool tables and similar objects"). Isn t a refrigerator considered an appliance?

There was prompt response to my initial inquiry and to the estimate, measuring and installation process. Sales associates were helpful in selecting the product I was looking for. Installers arrived on time, were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They dealt with the bad weather that day by carefully and efficiently clearing an area in the garage for workspace. They left no mess and the even returned later that day to reglue a seam that we had accidentally disturbed before it dried. Very accommodating.

It was a good experience. The salesman measured the floor and gave me a price quote, someone from the store called to schedule a day and time for installation, the workmen were prompt (or if not, called to tell me they were running late). The price was reasonable and the installers did a good job.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB .THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND DID NOT LEAVE US A MESS TO CLEAN UP.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN INSTALLING THE CARPET AND THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY EVEN VACUUMED AND CLEANED THE CARPETS WHEN THEY FINISHED. WE THINK THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB.
