H20 is the kind of company all consumers hope for. Honest, professional, dedicated to quality, and very knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

May 2015
Project begun approximately March 1, 2015. Project completed: May 11, 2015. WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH A COMPANY EVER. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SANITY AND HIRE SOMEONE (almost anyone) ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY!!
I have noticed many times on Angies List when I read the reviews that when there is a negative review, very often the owner(s) of the company will post some sort of bland, "happy sounding" "Oh, we try to please everyone, but YOU (the consumer) where just so . . . (fill in the blank, here) . . . crazy, cranky, unreasonable, whatever. PLEASE don't let them get a way with that here. I am kind, non-crazy, and was as reasonable and accommodating as a human being can be.
Where DIDN'T they screw up royally? Let me count the ways: By delivering carpet to my home without calling me ahead of time to mention that they WERE delivering carpet. That's right. No call. The carpet guys in their van just showed up. I was like: "Hmmm. . . wonder who that is? Since I know I don't have any appointments on calendar for today?" WORST thing is that H20 had just finished painting the basement the day prior to the carpet delivery. Several of the painters admonished me as they were leaving, stating: "Make sure you give it AT LEAST three days to dry."
Overcharged for everything, to a huge extent. I must have mention to them 8 or 9 times: "Remove the part where it says: "Crime Scene Cleanup" . This was a flood. Not a crime. They never did remove it from the invoice. ALSO, the company never cleaned up after themselves. The drywall guy left a huge mess in my basement on the floor. Drywall has to be sanded at some point. Well, they left that sanding mess for me to clean up. What a drag. This was after I had politely asked them to be sure to have one of their workers bring in a shop vac to clean up the painting and drywall debris after the workers were finished. Never happened. They also left drop cloths taped to the floors and I had to remove them.
The drywall guy left a huge "bump" in the wall, and in took several months to get them to come back and repair the dyrwall correctly. One of the principals of the company became so belligerent with me that I ended up feeling so threatened that I actually called the police. Yep. I had to have the police talk to the guy. THEN they had their attorney call me. This was at the end of April. Listen, getting the attorney involved was the best thing that ever happened to me. H20 finally had to finish the work correctly, show up on time after making an appointment with me, and provide me with a different drywall guy than the first guy who screwed up the job. THIS COMPANY WAS TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY YOU CAN IMAGINE.

This job went much better than expected!! The crew was prompt, professional, courteous and very careful of the house and the plantings -- they worked quickly, cleanly and the results are spectacular! They even did a few "extras" to improve the drainage outside of our home that were not discussed previously or included in the quote without charging anything extra. The crew was great and very kind to our 3 large overly nosy dogs, and able to get the entire job finished, and everything put back to rights the same day.
It poured last night and the basement is totally dry!!
