I got 3 quotes, theirs was the best price and most reasonable proposal. They did the work next day and everyone has been courteous and professional. Looking forward to the salt delivery service going forward.

Very prompt for both the estimate and installation appointments. Reasonable price. Work was done quickly and well, Ryan, who did the estimate, was friendly, informative, and did not try to oversell anything. The two men who came out to do the installation were neat, quick, and did a good job explaining the systemâ s operation to me. And my water now tastes great!

It is ironic that First Choice Water Solutions claims that when you buy from them, you become part of their family. That is an actual quote from the owner when they were soliciting our business. They were highly professional when selling me a water softener and reverse osmosis system, but have been unprofessional, unkind and uncommunicative since that time. They have failed to respond to my emails, consistently shown up 2-3 hours late to appointments without any apology, broke a picture during their first visit, and refused to provide me with the 1099 tax information I needed. To make matters worse, they also failed to respond to my accountants request for tax information and ignored my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The fact that First Choice has not responded to us, our Accountant or to the BBB, certainly makes the companys ethics questionable. We would have been more than happy to work out issues with the company if they had simply been upfront with us about what the issues were. Their silence has been troubling and the fact that the owner consistently ignores us after saying, -I will get back to you in the next couple of days,- is problematic. Our unchallenged review (a review that they had the opportunity to challenge) will soon be posted on the BBB website. As a paying customer, I expect a level of professionalism, transparency, and accountability from a company. Unfortunately, First Choice has failed to meet these expectations. I strongly advise against using this company and will be looking for a new water provider that values their customers and treats them with respect.

Water Softener installed yesterday so can't speak to quality and/or reliability just yet, but so far so good! That having been said, the team at 1st Choice Water Solutions is 1st rate! Ryan came out to test the water, answer questions, discuss solutions and set up installation. No high sales pressure, just informative and helpful. The fabulous Bruce duo showed up to install, a little late outside of quoted time window, but Ben called to alert and all was well. Bruce was efficient with installation and very informative and patient with my questions! Two thumbs up for 1st Choice Water Solutions!

Great customer service, communication!

These are great people to work with, from getting a quote which was priced competitive to the professional manner the technicians completed the the installation exceeded my expectations. As a retired business owner I wish I could have people like to hire, they are a true asset to 1st Choice water solutions.

Ben and Ryan are a great team! Courteous, professional and knowledgeable of the industry and the products. They were prompt to give us an estimate reasonable estimate! They completed the job in less than two days from the initial visit. Along the way, they were never pushy. Highly recommended!!!

Ben tested my water and explained to me in ways I could understand what my problems were. He had written information that showed my choices. Within days, workers came and installed my new softener in less than an hour. Iâ m immensely pleased with 1st Choiceâ s equipment and service., so far. Iâ m looking to better water quality throughout my house.

The owner was very knowledgeable and provided an excellent solution. Just what we were looking for. Install went well and exceeded my expectations from a lead time perspective. From quote to installation was 4 daysâ ¦would have been faster, but I quoted a couple companies. I would highly recommend this company for a water softener solution.

Came out promptly; gave the softener a quick cleaning and "tune-up" and didn't charge me anything! I will definitely contact them when the time comes to replace my softener.
