The guys were here a few minutes early. They know what they were doing and finished in about 1/2 hour. They even moved the softener and put the tank in the corner so I could add salt easier. Very nice to talk to. They answered all questions and even gave me a hint about filling my softener. If you don't hire 1st Choice...you are wasting your money. Another company told me that I had to get rid of my new softener in order to use their salt tank. Even sadder, they were twice as expensive as 1st Choice.

Got me on the schedule the next day, showed up promptly the morning of and completed the install quickly. Would hire again for other plumbing projects.

1st Choice Water Solutions would certainly be my first choice for any service to our home water system. This company called us expeditiously, came out and made adjustments to the equipment and didn't charge us anything. Ben and Ryan were very nice people and provided us excellent service. Best experience I have had, they drove a distance to come look at my water softener and were honest and told me the truth, that I’m silly because a valve was shut off. Lol. They didn’t lie to me and try to get money off me. They didn’t try to sell me on anything else. They were so kind and easy to deal with and fast at getting back to me. If you want to support a small business that’s growing because that are honest workers and people, this is the company. 10/10 happiness thank you so much for helping me and not taking advantage of me. On memorial day they were the only company that call me back for a plumbing problem i was facing after i try many others. We set up an appointment the next day they came and fix my problem and they are cheap also

Filters are not bracketed in amateurish setups, and there is no communication.

Excellent experience all around, from the appointment for the estimate to the installation. I appreciated the text alerts letting me know when people were coming so that I wasn't left guessing. The installation of our new water softener was very quick and Bruce made sure to go over how everything works. Even troubleshooting the issue with the credit card transaction (which turned out to be my error) was a piece of cake. I'd highly recommend 1st Choice.
