Called Saturday to define problem. Ben came Monday and identified source of problem. I signed contract to replace softner. Bruce and Zack installed on Wednesday in less then two hours. All three men were highly trained and are a great asset to there company. I highly recommend this company.

Not pushy - offered a discount on my soft water install for filling an opening from another customer moving their install date. All three techs were effecient, professional, and courteous. I would do more work with them in the future!

Ryan, Bruce and Zak were quick and knowledgeable. No pushy sales tactics, or long presentations either. Best part? Our water is finally sulfer free smelling and tastes great on day 1! Just like they said it would be. We got above and beyond service on our existing water softener, too.

BUYER BEWARE!!! We purchased a water softener from 1st choice in 2022 after receiving 2 other estimates. We trusted that it was a small company with a quality water softener. Within the first week we contacted the company because our water softener wasnâ t functioning properly. We were told that someone would call to schedule to come take a look. After multiple phone calls, text messages & speaking with the owner who was very rude and stoped communicating with us completely. The company refused to remove system. A long story short, we had to contact our credit card company for reimbursement of a faulty system. Today 9/13/2022 we received our letter stating that we received credit for our purchase! We waited for almost 2 months. We are honest hard working people. Itâ s really sad to own a company and not honor you work & products. We really hope this saves someone from a big big hassle patronizing this company. This is our first time ever in this situation and weâ ve hired several professionals for home improvement. BUYERS BEWARE!! BUYERS BEWARE!!

I have only had my new water softener for about a week and I have already recommended 1st Choice to three other people. No complaints whatsoever. Everything went very well and I love the new system. My old softener woke me up during regeneration but this one is SILENT. Ben was very helpful in working with me to find an affordable system.
