Description of Work: Fertilizer service is not as good as others I have used. I have called several times to have them re-spray for weeds and the weeds don't go away. I have had to spray myself and have gotten rid of them. Will not use their service in the future.

Description of Work: We switched from a bigger lawn service company to Natural Way because we thought the service would be a little more individualized and less go-through-the-motions. In the end, our yard looks no better after following instructions to a tee and paying for additional "necessary" services.
