Bill did great work after he sanded the floors they looked like all new wood was installed. The floors were a mess before he started after they looked brand new. He did a great job!! I would hire him again.

Bill refinished our living room, dining room, and master bedroom for a very reasonable price. He showed up when he said he would, worked all day for 2 and a half days, and our floors look amazing. He is very good at what he does and it shows in the quality of work done. We plan to have more floors redone and will not hesitate to contract with Havelock again! Great job!

My floors look great. Havelock sanded them down to bare wood and changed the color of them in 4 days for about 800sq ft of flooring. I would recommend using Havelock, I quoted two other places and they were around 1,000 to1,500 dollars more.

We wanted some specialty work (ceramic tile at patio door & screwing down squeeky subfloor). Big box stores will not do this without multiple contractors. Havelock did it all and very well. The price was reasonable. The work was done quickly and on our schedule.

I was told it wouldn't be too dusty and there was a little more dust than I expected. However Havelock Flooring got the job done very fast and did an excellent job!

Had a great experience with Bill. He showed up on time and finished the dining room and entry in 9 hours flat (including a few hours off to let the coats dry). The sanding was the most remarkable part. No dust showed up anywhere in my house after the project. I was disappointed that Servicemagic only recommended one pro but I took a chance after reading all of the good reviews. No regrets at all. The price also seemed competitive compared to estimates I saw online.
