The hardwood floor project turned out great! Bill worked on the project from start to finish, including a tear out and install of new floors. The stain turned out perfect. I would recommend Bill for any hardwood floor project.

I hired Affordable Wood Floors (Dan Hess) and he did a terrible job on the oak floors in my home. Then I hired HAVELOCK to fix the problems and Bill came to the rescue! Havelock not only corrected the problems the previous contractor made, he also did it with almost no dust, and very little odor. Now I am VERY HAPPY with the way my floors look and feel. Take my advice, Bill Wood and HAVELOCK is a professional company that you can trust will do the job right.

Bill came to work when he said he would and worked hard each day, I was amazed that there really was no dust flying around. It was costly though.

Bill did an outstanding job with refinishing our very tired wood floor. We are so pleased with how it looks that it is easy for us to be walking around the house with our eyes looking down so that we can enjoy our new looking floor. He was a great help with the selection of the stain color based on talking with us about what we wanted and putting a sample of a number of potential options on our floor to see. Being able to see a small strip on our floor made it much easier to make a selection than trying to do so from only the sample cards. Bill was very professional and showed a good attention to detail, being very particular. We would highly recommend Bill and we will not hesitate calling him for any future wood flooring job!

Bill was great. Very prompt, clean and trustworthy. As far as dust goes, be realistic. Wood is being sanded in your house. I wish I could post a before and after picture. It was like coming home to a new house. I love my floors. I will use Bill in the future if needed. Thanks Bill.

Bill showed up on scheduled day. He started my floors and then just took off for hours. Not much communication! Did not repair the water damage just sanded over it. It still shows. Called another contractor to fix it. My mistake, now I will pay again.

Amazing work from Bill! We just recently purchased our home and the floors had some really worn areas even to the point of blackening in color in some spots. They turned out so beautiful!!! Bill did an amazing job refinishing our hardwood floors. They look brand new! Bill worked hard day and night to complete the job for us. Bill went out of his way to come in over the weekend to do our job. When I think of re-finishing floors, I think "big mess". But not with Bill, he did a fantastic job, keeping the dust and mess non-existant. The floors were finished in 2 days and they look like new. Great work at a very reasonable cost !

Bill had top of the line tools & equipment to do a great job. All of his sanders and saws had double vacuums attached to them.
