Responded to my request and came out to give an estimate. I had been trying for a few months to find someone who could and would do this job. Bill gave me a very fair estimate. When i was ready for him to do the job, he responded promptly. He repaired the floor for me - weaving in new hardwood to an existing 13 year old floor. it looks great. Very nice to deal with. Did not leave any mess. I am considering having my other floors refinished and will definitely call him to do the job.

Bill came to the job site, estimated the job efficiently, and provided a written estimate via email the next day. He was able to work within my tight schedule, and had the floors sanded and refinished within two days. No dust, left very little residue and was courteous. Had floors in living, dining and family room sanded and refinished and a newly laid hardwood floor in the kitchen finished as well. Very knowledgeable, would recommend to others.
