They did a beautiful job on my floors. Fixed my old section and seamlessly added new flooring. You would never know it was not the same floor. Staff was friendly and did everything possible to make me happy with the finished job. They custom mixed a color that matches the decor perfectly. I will use them again in the future and have already recommended them to 3 friends.

Great price, Instill guys were very nice. I had some minor issues with the finish after I paid. I thought there would be more follow up afterwards, but they were on to the next job.

Bill Woods did an excellent job refinishing the hardwood floors in our kitchen, foyer, hallways and half bath. The stain color match was perfect and scratches, gaps, dents and nicks accumulated over the years disappeared. Bill is very personable, knowledgeable and experienced. It is a pleasure to work with him. We plan to recommend Havelock to friends and family. We would have rated our job 5 stars, but for the fact that there was a bit more sanding grit and debris in the topcoat than we expected. Also, the sander used by Bill's assistant for the edges of the floor marred some of the base molding, requiring spot retouching or repainting.

This project was completed on time and quality was good. My floors were only stripped and 2 coats of polyurethane applied at half the price of a total restaining and recoating. I will most likely have the complete job done next. time. Some slight peeling occurred after 5 months and will be repaired next week at my request.

Bill did a fantastic job refinishing our wood floors. His estimate was very competitive, and the final bill was the same as the estimate. He arrived on time, and finished one day sooner than we expected. Everything was clean when he left, and he gave us good advice about future floor care. We couldn't be more satisfied with our "new" floors.

I have had poor experiences with floor finishing and floor laying companies in the past. Bill and his crew were the exception. They were fabulous. Courteous, timely, professional and wonderful.

Bill and his guys are great to work with. Bill came out to quote my job when I had a bunch of things going on (landscaper, deck guy, electricians, etc), and rather than just throw me a quick number to refurbish the floor he cared enough to point out that the floor had been waxed, and really did need a complete sand job. When the floor was being sanded, Hector suggested a different finish (we had a red cherry finish on the oak), and it looks GREAT as just natural white oak now. Floors are beautiful now, all thanks to Bill and his guys. They did a great job of cleanup, and the dust was way less than I thought it would be. A+
