Just moved in, discovered that previous owner never had the furnace nor A/C checked! The serviceman was very professional, amiable, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Upon inspection of the interior A/C refrigerant “coils”, he said that it had a sweater on. The “coils“ had accumulated 3/8”-1/2” of dirt and dust! Therefore, 50% to 65% of the air flow had to go around the “coils”. It took him about an hour to remove all of it. He didn’t excellent job removing the accumulated dirt and dust ...and to think of the stress on the unit and the blower motor, which I had used for less than two months, could have burned out the whole system, except for the heat exchanger. Incidentally, my electric bill dropped, significantly.

11 months later my furnace wouldn't ignite. I called a different company out to service it. They showed me where Lammers had NOT replaced the gasket, they had just caulked silicone around it. What a con. I'm so disappointed and will never use or recommend them again.

Ben S. had to return to see if the reversing valve is sticking or if the system was low on charge because when it ran in heat mode the pressures were much better. Reversing valve needed to be replaced and repaired the drain pan on HVAC unit. Ben was polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions that I had. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures of the a/c units, they weren't horrible, but not great either. It had been awhile since the units had been about five years since I had them serviced last. I apologize for the late post. I do have to say that the units appear to be running much more efficient and cooler than the past couple years. Thank you!

Tom called ahead because he was running early. Despite giving me a window of service from 10am-noon he was there shortly after 10. Very professional and polite. He did a thorough check of our central air unit diagnosing the issue quickly. He had the correct parts on the van. After replacing the capacitor he continued to check the entire unit and duct work to ensure everything was in working order. He never tried to sell me on anything that was not needed. I was very impressed and will continue to give Lammers all my heating and cooling service needs.

Tom the service technician did an thorough job doing preventive maintenance on the furnace. I felt he has was honest and provided a good overall assessment of the furnace. This was the first time I used Lammers of Jackson Michigan and was selected based upon my Angie List search. I would recommend using them again.

From the first phone call, this company was totally professional. Andy who did the estimate was friendly, and very clear in his explanations, as well as incorporating my ideas for new duct placement. It was a total gut job and replacement system in my 1893 home, and Mike and Ken who did most of the installation were great - easy going, thorough and very competent. The job ran 3 days, and on the third day, even Andy showed back up to get the job completed on schedule. Can't recommend the company highly enough!

Service team was excellent. Described the problem with the old furnace in detail and why it may be time to get a new unit. The service members that installed the new furnace were also informative and professional.Sales person was pretty good. Gave us a fair quote. Some communication issues with their office person Tammy, but overall a good experience.
