This must have been the most frustrating and hair-ripping experience we've ever had with a contractor. Without my builder's help, we wouldn't have finished the job or gotten it corrected. Installers were inept & incompetent & only knew on the morning of the job where they were going. We were told that employees installed the flooring; actually, they contract it all out. After ripping out our defective Bruce flooring, we waited over 4 months for the reinstallation to occur because humidity conditions were not right. So why rip out an old floor and force us to live in dust and upheaval before ripping out the whole lower level? They could have stopped with one room, but never learned their lesson from the first install. Final installers caused damage to woodwork and new floor itself during install. Everything they did was to ''appear'' cooperative, but the Kramer brothers would never talk to us in person or return any phone calls. In the end, we have a good floor, but there's way better.

I purchased Pergo flooring (Signature) for 1.99/square foot, it was by far the best price I found in my area. I worked with Debbie and she was very helpful! I found AR Kramer very flexible, they have high-end designer flooring for people with a large budget and terrific sales for people on a more modest budget.

Salesperson (Debbie) was very helpful, she had me take several samples and gave me the time I needed to make up my mind. The standard carpet pad they provide is excellent and the carpet itself is beautiful. The installation crew was prompt, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER USED THIS COMPANY. THEY DO VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL WORK. THEY WERE ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.

THEY TOOK UP THE OLD FLOORING AND PUT IN NEW CERAMIC TILE. I THINK THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB. A FRIEND OF MINE HAD WORK DONE AND WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK AND I RECOMMENDED HIM.
