+ -1 moreCancelling was a nightmare. I had a request to cancel my account with their office, months later I had a collections agency harass me for a quarterly bill that was past due after my request to cancel. I explained the situation to the debt collector, she then called the owner and relayed info to me that she has a paper fill out policy to cancel.This was never explained, and it’s 2025 get with the times and get a simple digital/tele cancelling process.

+ -1 moreWhen we moved into our new home the house was pre-wired already. The people who do the monitoring are very professional every time we call and the price we receive per month is excellent. I don t mind recommending them to everyone and will continue to use them myself.
Description of Work: We have our entire 3500 square foot home monitored including smoke and fire as well as motion sensors, covering all the windows, doors and rooms. They do this on a 24 hour a day basis as part of a monthly service contract. They also gave us a remote control system attached to our keys as well as two key pads.

+ -1 moreI been using them for a while and they are fine. I feel very safe with them. We did have some glitches in the beginning. There was a motion detector the guy had passed to read the meter. Well, the alarm went off and the police came out. Grosse Pointe did call us and everything, but they told us if this happens more than once we had to pay for it. Other than that, all is good with them.
Description of Work: They monitor the alarm system for my home. I pay a monthly fee for the service.

+ -1 moreTHE RESPONSIVENESS OF THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. MY ALARM WENT OFF AND NOBODY CALLED ME FOR AN ENTIRE ELEVEN HOURS. THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL, BUT THE FOLLOW THROUGH HAS BEEN ATROCIOUS.
