Description of Work: Replaced garage door and opener.

Description of Work: Garage Doors were not closing properly; they would go down, but open up again upon reaching the ground. I called Overhead, the serviceman got them to stay down by leaving a very slight gap at floor level. Most of our conversation involved him telling me what poor shape they were in, and that I needed new doors. Prior to his service call, the key pad on the exterior of the garage worked fine, and we would occasionally use it to open the doors (not often). Some weeks after his call, we tried the key pad, and it didn't work. I called Overhead, a man answering told me to try a new battery in the key pad. I did, and it didn't work (no sign of power). Nursing an ailing Father, I was busy, and got back to Overhead on 3-25-13, after burying my Father and looking after his affairs. When I reached Overhead yesterday, I was told there would be another service charge, since it had been almost 2 months since previous service. I objected, and the lady asked what kind of keypad, and it's number. After providing her with the number inside the keypad, she said she would get me info on re-programming the keypad after Craftsman opened that morning. I still haven't heard from her, and don't expect to.I got the definite impression that the serviceman and the lady answering phones were more about billing customers than providing friendly service ! I've lived in this same house for 27 years, with the same garage doors, and both have served me well. I've used Overhead in the past to adjust the doors, but apparently the attitudes at that business aren't as friendly as in past years.
